Ordered a joke present for my partner that was advertised for Valentine’s Day. The website doesn’t give you the inclination that the goods have to be shipped from china hence an extra 3 weeks delivery. Nothing has been delivered, but th company say it has. Nothing proof of delivery and the tracking link is all in Chinese. All communication has ceased since I was told it was delivered and sent a tracking link. No POD, no reply to any emails no customer service department. Not an expensive item, just the principal of it all is shocking. Half a star at best.

Ordered a card for Valentines day, a week prior, and it didn't arrive in time. Sent an email to customer services for a refund, and they didn't even respond. Think it's a scam company.

Item arrived extremely late, too late for Valentine’s Day despite being ordered weeks in advance. Completely ignored by their customer service when I respectfully asked for a refund. Avoid at all costs

I bought a product which did not work . I contacted the company numerous times for a refund but they did not respond . This is obviously a scam company that should not be allowed to trade .

Bought two mugs. When arrived both were cracked. Have sent emails with out reply. DO NOT buy from this company.

The bathroom shower trays I’ve ordered won’t last long after sticking them on the wall,felt off after 10 minutes with all my things on it. Don’t buy

Valentines gift bought around about the 7th failed to arrive by 14th actually did arrive but on 20th ! Contacted them by email two times and got absolutely no response - I won’t be using these again.

Took too long for delivery ,e mail didn't work to contact and cancel an order that I duplicated.Goods arrived and also were not suitable.

I have not received my product an despite emailing twice and sending a response form from the website I have been totally ignored! I hate companies like this… quick enough to take your money but absolutely no customer service! Would not recommend and they will never get my custom again!

Ordered a valentines day card and paid £5 postage for quick delivery payment was on the 6th of February and the card didn't turn uo until the 18th, asked for refund on 3 separate emails no response and the card what turned up was of poor quality and damaged, would never use them again terrible business

Delivery was good. Cleaning walls is a breeze.

I ordered a bag and when it was finally received it is poor quality and not made properly. I tried to contact them to complain but they have ignored me and not replied.
