What I love about goi is their style of…

What I love about goi is their style of bikinis which you cannot find anywhere else in Europe, it’s the only reason I would pay they price, the bikinis are expensive and shipping is also very expensive 20€+

I’ve ordered twice and the product I ordered never arrived in the first week… given the shipping is expensive I am not satisfied. I also cannot tract the shipping yet a week later.

Love goi products unique and the quality is amazing but very expensive and slow and expensive deliveries.

I never received my order number or my tracking number and I did my order more then 2 months ago. I tried to find customer service but I can’t find it, and when I thought I did they didn’t replied. It’s a scam

Awful service.

Awful service.
Ordered a tracksuit set and almost a week after paying for it, was notified that half of it was not in stock but still sent out an incomplete order, of the top without the matching bottoms.

No email to inform me of the lack of stock and an option to cancel whole order as order now incomplete. Refusing to answer my emails now that I am asking for a full refund for incomplete order and also still not received the unwanted top they sent out after 9 days.
Would not recommend

Note it is now 3rd January and still not received after almost a month since the order. I have received a response from GOI only to receive a refund on the postage, but not for the missing item. This was in response to a PayPal claim.
Please note that I have had NO correspondence with anything like the claim below, in regards to replacing the missing item. This is news to me.

0 help when needed

15 € for a shipping from Spain to Italy and the order, after two weeks, hasnt arrived yet (or confirmed to be shipped). I asked for help twice and they didn’t answer back. At least, give me my money back.

I received my package instantly, tried it on and fits small. Tried to contact them for over a week now and no respond to exchange. Too bad this bodysuit looks really nice but wish I can get a reply back.

Polyester Guilty Blazer

I ordered the guilty blazer, on the site it says “100% cotton” on the tag of the blazer says “100% polyester” i think that’s very unprofessional and very misleading for the customers. Also a very good marketing, because i would have never bought it if it said polyester on the site, so they tricked me well. Also the blazer hat some string coming out from the stitch.
So very dissapointed with the quality of the product.
On top of that i recieved my item 1 month after the purchase. I managed to find out that my item was at a pick-up shop after contacting customer services 3 times and not getting a response.

Bad customer service

I ordered on november 21st in Europe.It’s december 4th and my package is missing,somewhere in spain.I wrote 3 emails,none of them were responded and I wrote on whatsapp aswell, again, no response

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVERPRICED PRODUCTS FOR CHEAPMADE CLOTHES

OMG! I don't think there is a worst customer service in a company than them! I always have the worst buying experience to the point that it makes you feel you've been scammed. It takes forever for them to deliver the packages even if they are claiming shipping time for Europe is 3-5 business days. SUCH A LIE!! They should make a priority to improve and upgrade the customer service because they never let people know about the status of their orders. You have to email them sooo many times and they manage to respond after days if not a week. They should invest in an online customer service and not this whatsapp or this messy email thing.
If there is a problem with the quantity of the items supposedly in stock online and the client has paid you for and is expecting them, YOU should be the one to contact customers to let them know about this problem and generally about the status of their order (tracking number etc), don't let them wait in ignorance. Plus the products are with cheapmade materials thus are overpriced, you're not paying for quality here, everything breaks down from the beginning. I wanna like this company because I appreciate Jessica's ideas and efforts but their service is a nightmare!!! Please guys do change!! We like your ideas about the cut of the clothes and patterns but fix your problems, like customer service, delivery issues and if you want to sell the products that high, match it with better materials!!! I have seen from other well-known companies their sustainable line and you are so far from it!! Because I know what you're going to say to me about the recycled, sustainable "good" cotton materials you're supposedly using.

Really disappointed

Customer Service is ok.
Really beautiful Blazer, but poor in quality and bad manufactured also, the worst is the price, too expensive for what I got. I'm really sorry for that, even because I cannot return what I ordered, I would spent more than what I paid the first time for it!
