Fraud team didn't value the customer

Hotel glenroy mussoorie.I called that hotel 5 days before checkin n ask them if the rooms r good and way to hotel parking they said sir the rooms r very nice with balcony and the way is a little narrow but car can easily reach there it is behind picture palace .but when I reach over there after paying 150 rupee for Mall road entry one time entry charges I don't find glenroy hotel 1 km near picture palace then I called the hotel and ask me to guide they told me to come a very narrow 7-8 ft narrow road when I go down turn after turn it is around 600 -700 metre very deep very small very steep straigh down in a khadd you need to reverse back and forward for every turn when my car get the last turn my car back bumper rugged by road and damaged after seeing the rooms I feel miserable they will give rooms in -2 or -3 level down with no lift no view if you have classic room booked by 3500 rupee of you book if premium room for 4500 per day they've given small balcony rooms where you can only stand the rooms like in basement becouse on the top tarrace there is parking the have kettle but no have sugar milk in rooms you can not walking to the mussoorie road if you have small kids the way to reach the road from hotel is very high straight steep you old and kids can not able to reach there r bed bugs in the rooms tere is nothing availability near the hotel you need to walk very steep straight 700 metre from the hotel people haf haf k sara dum nikal jayga . After doing request for 4 hours to refund my money back I had a small kid we cannot go walking to the road they did not cancel my booking didn't refund bole ja Jo karna hai kar le after calling 25 times to goibibo to resolve the issue they didn't refund at 7o clock I left my money without check -in I left my 14000 I checked in another hotel Himalayan club at 9 pm after waisted whole day in argument with goibibo and the staff of glenroy is illmanner told me jJA JO KARNA HAI KAR LE .we all get sick wasted the next whole day resting WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT after that I called 20 times goibibo they always lie sir you will get resolution with in 2 days but till yet no refunded

1) First the room fare was charged Exceesively and other guest were charged half of what we were charged fpr same room

1) First the room fare was charged excessively in the off season .Other guest were charged 2000 per day for same 3 bed room while we were charged 3800 for 3 bed without fooding per day .
2) the room had no facility .wifi did not work , tv was there but no channels to view .geyser did not work .
3) Whole night no electricity till next morning 10.30 am.and generator was also not switched on .only at 10.30 am next day generator was on for 15 mins and turned off immediately.
4)you cannot expect any water , tea or any service till 9.30 am morning as there were no service man or manager available .they will provide service only after 9.30 or 10 am .
5) there were spiders , insects and crockroaches in the room , bed etc.
6)food was horrible and charged excessively .No bill provided for food .
7) travel car charged excessively. overall we won't avail goibibo in future and also will not stay at this hotel in future and will kot refer to anyone also for both .horrible experience and charged too heavily without any good service .goibibo site showed so many inclusive things which are actually not available .
Unclean room , bathroom .will not recommend anyone goibibo and this hotel rosedell Inn,Rishop

Seriously the best travel agency website I used

Seriously the best travel agency to buy a ticket from. I usually buy from the airline but for one reason or another I used Goibibo, when usually I avoid 3rd parties. They accept Paypal which is already good. I ended up changing the ticket and then cancelling, but all throughout the information was presented in a clear manner and the refund was processed promptly. I would definitely use them again.

I have booked a ticket from Amritsar to jaipur on 18 June 2022 Vijay tour and travel in Amritsar yashika travel. But before arriving in Amritsar having technical issue. Bus operators says bus coming within 1 hr and this process Start. And then finally bus arrival approx 12 hrs late and whole night we are waiting for bus and bus came in the morning and steel I have booked sleeper and they give seat. If I want seat then why should I pay for sleeper. Ac not working properly assume what condition we have a glass packed bus and that ac not working properly, charging plug not working, bus operator not picking up call and bad staff behaviour. I didn't understand if we cancel ticket then charge money and if they do like this bus late, sleeper booking and travel in seat, AC and charging plug not working and bad staff behaviour then why shouldn't on them.

Very pathetic services GOIBIBO : Don't book Anything

I booked a Room at The Manohar Hotel Hyderabad for 23rd Night; As per Rating and charges of IBIBO it was a 4 star property but after spending around 4 K for a single night, It was very pathetic hotel; Rooms were dark, faded and poor house keeping; My dinner was included in my package but i was charged by hotel for the same; Also hotel failed to provide basic amenities such as dental kit, bottle drinking water, clean towels; I have raised complain with GOIBIBO but no action was taken by the company;

I booked a hotel oyo 82285 Oxo Inn in udaipur through goibibo. I booked 2 rooms for 6 adults and only one bed is
Provided in each room and when I asked for extra mattress I was asked for 300rs per mattress. Also in the morning there was no water supply for 4 hours and no one is available at the reception to listen to my complain in the morning. The hotel staff was very rude and told to talk with goibibo as I booked through goibibo. Worst experience with goibibo.

Just recently on 14th May 2022

Just recently on 14th May 2022, my train trip from New Karimganj to Guwahati could not be successful because of heavy rainfall and landslides in Haflong area(for proof Dima Hasao region is on news due to heavy downpour, flood and landslides) The Train got cancelled while I was still seated in the train and it halted for like 3-4 hours in Badarpur station. So after the train cancellation announcement was made in Badarpur station; the Humsafar express/12504 could not proceed any further and had to return back to it's initial destination:Agartala.
The issue here is, I never got any notifications nor train cancellation status on the PNR status on my CNF ticket but it only showed completed. As we were already stuck during this entire time, I had to travel by bus even in this extreem weather. I was certain that i would get refund back within 3 days but as a week passed by my growing concern could not figure out how to reach out Goibibo customer care. I tried different ways but it was available only for currently booked or future booking prospect. It's too frustrating when you don't have any clue to solved your problem even with available helpline numbers.
Please help me get my money back ASAP...

On February 12 th i booked a train ticket from goibibo application.They accepted my payment and dont know why my booking got cancelled and the refund hadnt recieved yet there is no option to raise this complaint directly and i happen to see so much complaints like mine that amount been debited and didnt got the refund i think goibibo is running a scam

I booked the hotel and my payment was accepted, within 30 seconds Goibibo app cancelled my booked hotel automatically, and yet till now no refund has been made by this app. no customer care support number is working. they are just looting money from people. its a big scam and they are scamster.

Unused tickets during the lockdown can't be used

I had booked a flight ticket. It was unused due to covid 19 lockdown. I received an extension for the unused ticket. However, I cannot book a fresh ticket using the unused ticket because Goibibo has conveniently deleted my unused tickets from my account and I am unable to get any help with it.

Goibibo not allowing to use credit shell

I had booked a flight with Spicejet through goibibo which got cancelled due to pandemic. Ticket amount got credited in my credit shell. Spicejet giving validity till 27-May-2021. Now I want to book a ticket for 03-03-2021. As a process I need to book it from the travel agent only which is goibibo in this case.
So when I am trying to book the ticket from goibibo desktop site, they are not allowing to book the ticket as the last date I can select is 28-Feb-2021. And as per their own rule, they have set up the last date as 28-Feb-2021 to utilise the credit shell amount.
This is nonsense as the airline giving me the validity till 27-May-2021 but this goibibo setting its own last date as 28-Feb-2021.
