This company is scandalous. They make returns impossible. I was charged $230 to return my oversized boxes partially filled with brown paper, then charged a 15% restocking fee. That’s a total out-of-pocket expense of $381 for an original order amount of $1003. So, I’m getting charged 38% for an order that I don’t have, which they, in turn, will sell to another customer. Absurd! How is that lawful?!? To make matters worse, it takes them 10-14 business days from when your return is received back at the warehouse for the refund to be processed, so you end up paying interest on items you don’t have and you returned timely. Disgraceful! I would not recommend and would give them 0 stars if I could.

I ordered 5 Pendant lights from Going. They were $50 apiece cheaper than the next seller. They were able to supply when no one else could. The lights came well packaged. Unfortunately one globe had a small crack in it. I worried that this might be a problem as I have had experiences in the past where customer service was lacking. I called Going and talked with a very friendly and capable woman who told me the company would be sending me a replacement globe. All I had to do was send a picture of the cracked one. In less than 2 weeks I had my new globe and am very happy. These lights costs $127.73 each so they weren't cheap. I recommend ordering from this company.
