The item I ordered looked nothing like what I got. It’s really sad that we live in a world where people in this company have no conscious in sending these items out. I will NEVER order from you again sincerely

I thought I’d bought a knitwear item but they sent me a thin pattern top called a sweatshirt, nothing like the advertisement, took two months to arrive.

Terrible service. Ordered in August now November.order comes in drinks and drabs.Still not received all of it. When they come they are really cheap quality I wont even wear them as they are cheap and tacky.cannot get hold of them to send items back. Even if I send back I wouldn't trust them to refund me. So to anyone thinking of ordering from them AVOID them like the plague.

1 item out of at least 4 has arrived. Order was placed in July and items still outstanding. Terribly disappointed with what has arrived as it is not what was displayed in the image. I ordered a woollen multicoloured scarf and it turned out to be cheap polyester rubbish made to look like wool in the design. I can't wear this it is disgusting to look at.

Have now received the 2nd item from the original order. Again, I am terribly disappointed. The item I ordered is available still on their website listed in their knitwear section "as multicolour tribal casual knitwear" and is clearly misleading as the item received is not knitwear. What I received instead is a garment pertaining to look like knitwear. I have now put in a claim for my money back with PayPal and this company is clearly misleading consumers.

Never even received item. Emails give non-responsive answers. I sent them an email stating that I'd never received the item, and I gave them my full name and order number, and they wrote back thanking me for contacting them and asking for my full name and order number. Grrrrrrrr.

An absolute rip off. Do not be taken in. I ordered what looked like knitted fairisle cardigan. What arrived five weeks later was a horrible polyester printed blouse/jacket. It went straight to charity shop. They make it difficult and expensive to return goods. They eventually gave me 15%refund😡😡

This is a scam site. They have lifted a load of pictures from the internet and are using them on this scam shopping site. DO NOT USE! A lot of the pictures are of beautiful handmade things, prices are very low, so people should be suspicious. I have already contacted one of the designers who’s photos are being fraudulently used on this website.
