Super fast internet connection

Super fast internet connection. Excellent support/communication received from the start (email, updates) and until the connection was set-up. Staff were polite and respectful. I can’t thank them enough

Generally a good service and helpful staff

I have recently signed with this OFNL fibre broadband services and the internet was working fine for all devices apart from the iPhone device which seemed to have a bit of a problem though it is now being investigated and looking to be resolved. However Sam.F and Ashley who are the customer service agents were fantastic in helping me along every step and always have solved the issues to the best of their abilities. They always pick up the phone quickly and are very helpful. Would recommend.

Very professionally and good detail…

Very professionally and good detail service from the installer. A very good service from all staff from my initial contact to installation. More than adequate speed of the WiFi. A great company service.

Delivered as promised

Due to the collapse of my previous broadband provider on the OFNL network I had to find a new supplier who would get me up and running within a week. The previous reviews on Trustpilot were glowing and I am glad I checked them because these guys have been nothing short of great! And yes, within a week I was setup on the system, router delivered and migrated over to Go Internet all with only two phone calls required where there is no excessive wait times.
An added plus is that the new router provides better coverage across my house than my previous one.
Go Internet, I hope you continue to grow but manage to maintain the same great service.

So far very happy

Process was very simple and straight forward, everyone I have spoken to so far over email has been very helpful and friendly.

My only constructive feedback would be that with the router you issue to customers, especially for those setting up service on the OFNL network, that you include a handy guide on what is the right way to connect the router to the OFNL network.

The speed and the service so far has been very good. There are a few apps on my smart TV and sometimes when performing a search the service seems to slow down and I am presented with a "connection timed out" error, but otherwise all is good.

The customer service was great

The customer service was great, i was kept updated on my order until all was set up and live. I like the fact that there are no technicians involved in setting up and there are no long cables to put up with, its just plugging the router.

Poor service !

I subscribed to Go internet as one of the OFNL list of companies just before Christmas 22 , as I moved into a new built home in the heart of Leeds .

because of this company I do not have internet till now ! ( 10/01/23)

Really disappointed with what I initially thought would be my favourite ever internet provider, turned out to be the worst so far

I have been with BT for 4 years prior
The positives
- Direct access, you call and Sam or Tristan ( always those 2 ) directly answer, and they are Tech experts .. great
- Small company which I believe would always offer the best customer experience

Negatives-
Oh where do I start !
- Access to customer service , only 8-5:30
No weekends or evenings! So if anything happens there’s no way you could get help beyond working hours ! and no emergency contact for ordinary customers Most ISPs will have contact slightly beyond working hours

- I second the experience of one of the reviewers here ( intermittent service! )
It wont cover beyond my downstairs
- Wrong or inaccurate information given by Go internet! I asked for a WiFi booster, they convinced me that theirs is superior to getting a booster from Amazon or any where else, and it will cost me £50
- This was rather changed ! I was told that this was not correct and the charge is £12/month for a booster !!! I said thanks I don’t want obviously! Already paying for the fast deal download speed 200mb/25 upload ! Costing £40

So this was inaccurate info given by the lovely Tristan ! Changed by the nice Sam !

So I asked to cancel my contract within the 14 days ! The Nice Sam said they don’t offer a cooling period !!

I sent an email invoking my consumer rights ! (Sent after work on Friday evening)
Got an email confirming cancellation on Sunday evening! and this was the long new year bank holiday!
Have you noticed ? You won’t get through after 5 ! But this was reply on a bank holiday Sunday !! But when I needed tech help just after 5 ! It wasn’t available!

To add insult to all that injury when I tried to subscribe to a new provider I was told that Go internet didn’t deactivate the line ! Advised me to ask them to do it !
I called Sam and he confirmed that they will do it !
The next day still not done, and Sam told me that unfortunately OFNL terms is that it should be 30 days notice ! Even if I cancel in 14 days ! I asked ! He said yes
I asked him if Trevor ( he owns Go internet) could call me to discuss!!

Contacted OFNL and they confirmed that it has nothing to do with OFNL ! They don’t have such a policy and Go Internet could deactivate if they want to !
AGAIN INACCURATE WRONG INFORMATION!
Tried to call them back 5:14 and guess what ?!! No one there, call tomorrow!

They sent me an exceptionally high bill just to return the router and for the poor less than 14 days service
Of £244 of which £166 ( deposit ) to return the router then they will pay it back ! ( never did a company asked for that before !) and the rest is the cost of 14 days service!!

So I wish them luck and if they could improve they will be good ..
as for now .. I would not recommend it at all

Oh I almost forgot they send you a router without the admin and password to configure your router if you want to !!

There are so many factual inaccuracies in your review it is difficult to know where to begin. I am always incredibly sad to let my team know that we have received a one-star review when they work so hard to please all our customers.

Firstly, the routers that we provide our customers have the best wireless technology on the market built right into it. However, WiFi has its limitations… a single WiFi router is never going to cover a whole home of a certain size. But that is fine, we have a solution for that.

We offered two options for whole home WiFi. We offered you our ‘Whole Home Wi-Fi’ product at £12/month. We’ll provide up-to three mesh points to achieve as uniform coverage as possible throughout the home. We also offered you outright purchase of the kit. Neither option seemed to meet your needs.

We executed the termination of your service as per the cooling off period in our terms and conditions. We immediately notified OFNL to cease the service. There is a mandatory period 30 days for provider moves on the OFNL network. This is an ONFL thing not a Go Internet thing and admittedly we think it’s a bit long too. Nevertheless, we have an excellent relationship with OFNL, we have asked them to hurry your cease request along – and we will open a dialogue with them to see how we can sharpen this process in future.

Sorry things didn’t work out. I have no doubt that had you have given us the chance we would have been able to get you to where you wanted to be. Unfortunately, in this case you were unwilling to work with us.
