I deleted my negative reviews on go kite travel and tour because I have finally received my 500 dhs. Alhamdulilah, after all the stress experience.

She provided the right guidance and also assisted me in booking my ticket. She guided me properly at every step.

Why I feel customers should be cautious

In my experience there was a lack of transparency and consistency in internal processes Based on this I personally would not feel comfortable trusting the company with sensitive matters such as money travel documents or long term commitments

My experience as an employee

I left the company around two months ago After my exit

My salary and final settlement were not released within the committed timeline

Reasons and explanations kept changing over time

I was later marked as *absconded* despite exiting with communication and handover

Multiple follow-ups did not lead to resolution

This experience was not unique to me I became aware of similar situations involving other employees as well

Health & relocation concern

At the time I was in the early stages of pregnancy Despite informing the company in writing and providing medical context I was asked to relocate to the head office I clearly stated that I was willing to work but was not medically fit to travel

When I could not comply I was told to exit I requested a formal termination letter to clarify that I was not resigning, which was provided

Before leaving the UAE I received written confirmation that my dues would be settled within 2–3 weeks. Based on this assurance I booked my return flight at my own expense

After leaving the payments were not made as committed

I have retained all relevant email communication completed a proper handover and have raised a complaint with *MOHRE* which is currently in process

Final note to customers

If an organization struggles with fair and timely handling of internal employee matters customers may want to exercise extra caution before engaging their services

There are many long-established professionally managed travel agencies available I strongly recommend researching thoroughly and choosing wisely

Typical stamping office. They are highly incapable and not professional by any means in visa business. They will steal your money and not return anything back to you.

You have been warned, avoid them as much as possible.
