Absolutely not recommend. I have been a customer for years but every year this company gets worst. The last two months, I placed two orders. With the first, they did even look at the comments on my order, did not include name of the sender with the delivery and the person who got it, had no idea where it came from. Last week, I placed and order and got a confirmation for delivery on Sunday. No delivery was made, no notification was sent that they are not able to deliver and this morning, after trying three time to get a status update, I get an email that it was sent by post but needs three days to get there. No apologies and no comments as to why they did not communicate this sooner. They are NOT able to speak English regardless of what they advertise. Every communication is sent in Farsi. Their website is horrible – functions do not work, it is slow and again, it only works partially at best if you try to use English. Last but not least, they try to cheat customers by sending extremely poor-quality products or downsizing your order even though you pay a very high price. As embarrassing as it sounds, you always have to ask the person who got the delivery about the details to make sure, it is what was promised to you and what you actually purchased. Shameful !

Thank you for putting a big smile on my mum's face on her birthday and make her day very special. The customer service was good, many thanks to Soudeh , Maryam & Mahboubeh for answering all my queries and helping me to choose the right products from Golbazar website. Given the Covid situation the delivery was prompt and the items were as exactly as described in the website. The only small issue that concerned me was the email I received on the day of the delivery asking me to provide an ID card . As I purchased some gift cards and cash as part of my order I was asked to provide an ID card. I totally understand this and I had no issue with presenting my ID card. But because I ordered my purchase 8 days before the delivery, I expected all these security check to be done in advance. Having received the id check email on the day of delivery really freaked me out as I thought there was going to be some delays in delivering my orders. I'd suggest if you could perform all your ID check upon receiving the order. Thank you again to all of you in Golbazar team for making my mum's birthday a special day.

very good service and on time. both cake and flowers was very fresh and very close to photos.
although I didn't have the exact post address the costumer service was very helpful to make sure the order will be delivered to correct address I sent by photo from google map!

Since my first purchase last year (2020) I've made a couple of more orders with Golbazar, and I have to say that their quality has decreased rapidly!
Wilting flowers and late deliveries to say the least. The costs on the other hand have increased exponentially! The costs are ridiculous at this point with this quality of service.

I will no longer be ordering from them and will strongely discourage anyone who does.

Ordered a box of flowers last night and it was delivered today in Isfahan. Fast and high quality service!
The order looks exactly like in the picture and the flowers were fresh.

Plus note: The flower shop added a very nice touch to my order by adding a few additional fragrant stems of white flowers (sorry don't remember the actual name of the flowers) separate to the box I originally ordered.

The flowers I got for my mums birthday are by far the best flowers I have ever ordered online. I was a little worried when i read the reviews but didn't need to be. They are beautiful, colourful and very fresh. My mum was delighted. Thank you for your speedy and wonderful service! Certainly made my mum smile. I will for sure be using you again. Would highly recommend 😊

I had experience of working with them for 2 years. Always I was ordering flower or something like this. The price is much more than the original price in Iran but it was fine, since it was the only way to send sth to family in Iran.last time I ordered a cellphone. It has problem, I contacted them immediately but they didn’t accept to return it.
I wouldn’t recommend this to any body. Just for sending some thing like flower.

I ordered a gift for my father, it didn't arrive by a week. My father had to go to Tipax (alternative to postal office) to get his gift. Terrible experience for paying a lot of money.

They told me my gift will be arrive before 7pm. But my gift arrived at 10pm!!!!!! Nobody answer me! You can never claim because nobody doesn’t answer you.
