I tried to contact your office on a…

I tried to contact your office on a Friday evening at about 8pm, i wanted to fix a price on 10 oz of silver.
I did speak to someone on reception who told me they would check to see "if there was anybody upstairs", unfortunately there was nobody available at the time to fix a price for me.
Come Monday i contacted your office for the second time and did manage to fix a price for my silver!, which turned out to be higher than the Friday price . But...? what if the price went down instead of up as it did in my case... what then?.
If you have nobody in the office qualified to price fix during open hours, it does state 10pm on your website , I phoned just before 8pm.
I imagine its very unlikely that this has only ever happened to me, i imagine it must happen lots.
My message is not a complaint as such, more a note of advice.
I do think all in all its a bad optic for you as a company. When customers contact you they expect a price there and then and not some other day after the weekend.

I was really impressed with the…

I was really impressed with the service, and after searching around they are also very good on price compared to the main one always comes up first on the Google search engine, obviously they pay for it to be like that.
The service standard was brilliant, I was emailed at every stage of the process and received my order with 2 working day's. could not have asked for a better service. and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the same products.

Highly recommended.

This is my second purchase from Gold.co.uk, it was easy to select what I wanted to buy with a good selection of different products. The check out process was simple and intuitive. The delivery was within a couple of days. I am a happy customer.

The Company website is worth 5 stars

The Company website is worth 5 stars, as are the products & staff, however the delivery took far too long, finally arrived after a few phone calls, I guess I bought at the busiest period of the year, I would still use this company again.
