I had team Tamworth Staffordshire at Morrisons on Upper Gungate. Everything was followed though with texts for the bookings, a phone call to tell me they were on the way and they were on time, and a text with the invoice. I had 2 lovely friendly, professional, knowledgeable people who's names were Darren and Kerry. Told me exactly what they were doing all the way through the appointment. They were both cheerful and friendly, chatty all the way through the appointment and made me feel really comfortable, excellent. Definitely will pass my experience on to my family and friends. Well done.

Gave a fair price , I thought about bartering , but he's got to make a living, we had to send proof of purchase which we did, money in bank within 72hrs , no problem ,well done for a large company excellent, Brian.

I travelled from Droitwich to take a friend to see Gold Arthur at Morrisons Malvern yesterday. Timing 16.50 to 17.50. Due to a no show from your representative it was a complete waste of time and money.

Great service, with a friendly member of staff, who explained the process to me and offered a fair price for what I was selling. Will definitely use this service again.

Norman was really professional and welcoming. The price surprised me. Was happy with my offer and accepted it straight away. I did take a bracelet back as I knew I could sell that privately for more money as it had diamonds in it.
