Referral program blocked after deposit and no clear answers.

My experience with GoldBet has been extremely disappointing.
My referral program was blocked due to an alleged “duplicate account”. This was not fraud — the second account belongs to my mother. We live in the same household and used the same device and IP. This situation had already been reviewed earlier, explained, and my referral access was restored at that time.
Later, the system incorrectly flagged the same situation again as a repeated violation, even though nothing new happened.
What makes this case unacceptable is that support explicitly told me to make a deposit to confirm my primary account. I followed this instruction in good faith and made the deposit. I was informed that after this, the “duplicate” account would be removed and access to the bonus and referral systems would be restored.
After fulfilling all requirements, support stopped providing real answers and keeps sending template responses, completely ignoring the deposit they requested, the fact that identity verification was already completed, and our readiness to pass any additional checks if needed. We also agreed to permanently delete the account they consider “duplicate”.
I invested my own money into advertising, created unique creatives, and brought a large number of real users. Despite this, GoldBet refuses to clearly explain their actions, provide an official appeal channel, or pay out the funds accumulated on my referral balance.
This looks like misleading a user into making a deposit and then refusing to honor what support itself promised.
