REFUSING TO PAY $4,716.67 WIN – KYC APPROVED – AVOID!
I am writing this to warn all players to stay away from Goldbet. I have had a legitimate win of $4,716.67 on the game Sugar Rush.
Despite my account and KYC documents being officially approved on May 3, 2026, the casino is refusing to process my withdrawal. I have attempted to contact their support via email and Telegram multiple times, but I am met with nothing but automated, unhelpful bot responses from "Olga" and "Sophia."
Even more concerning, Casino Guru has investigated my case and was forced to close the complaint as "Unresolved." They have officially flagged Goldbet for a "No Reaction Policy," meaning the casino simply ignores independent mediators and refuses to provide any justification for withholding funds.
I have now escalated this matter to the Anjouan Gaming Authority (License: ALSI-012401005-F11) and have contacted the game provider Pragmatic Play regarding this breach of fair play.
Do not be fooled by their "Great" rating or fast-response marketing. They are withholding thousands of dollars from a verified player. I will update this review if and only if my funds are released.
