⚠️ WARNING

⚠️ WARNING – Goldbet Blocked My Account After Deposit

I received a no deposit bonus from Goldbet and completed the wagering requirements. After that, they asked me to make a deposit to confirm my account.

I made the deposit, but immediately after, my account was blocked for “duplicate account” without any proof.

I contacted support multiple times, but they only send automated replies and completely ignore my main issue — my deposited funds are locked.

I am not asking for bonus, I only want my deposit refunded, which remains unused.

This behavior is highly suspicious and unfair. Be careful before depositing on this site.

If this issue is not resolved, I will continue to escalate further.

Update

Update: Funds withheld despite account closure – formal escalation in progress
Following my previous review, I am providing an update based on the operator’s latest communication.
The company has confirmed that my account has been permanently restricted under their “duplicate account” policy. However, my balance of €330 consists solely of my own deposited funds, not bonuses.
Despite this, the operator has refused to process my withdrawal and has instead requested that I make an additional deposit to “confirm” my account, which is not possible given the account restriction.
This creates a clear inconsistency:
The account is closed/restricted, yet I am asked to perform actions that require access
My deposited funds are being withheld without a valid legal basis
Access to my funds appears to be conditioned on making an additional payment, which raises serious compliance concerns
I have now formally escalated this case and initiated:
a chargeback procedure through my payment provider
complaints to relevant regulatory and consumer protection authorities, including those overseeing gambling operators and payment practices
Unless this matter is resolved promptly and my deposited funds are returned in full, I will continue to pursue all available remedies.
I am willing to update this review accordingly should the issue be resolved without further delay.

Live chat feature doesnt work

Live chat feature doesnt work. Cannot close chat to attempt contact again, and its been nearly a week unanswered in live chat.
Cant get any sense out of support via email or telegram either, terrible service, like the worst ive ever encountered from an online casino.
Complete disregard for customers - shocking 🤯

I have registered with them and made 2…

I have registered with them and made 2 deposits and as soon as I requested my withdrawal winnings they banned my account. I have sent them an email and tried speaking to them on Telegram but they are not giving me answers or proof. I would like my account to be rectified and my fair and square winnings to be paid out to me. This is not right what you do to people playing on your site.
