My review is for Goldcar Italy, the site has been closed down obviously for a reason! The reviews are extremely bad!
I rented a car in Fiumicino (i always take full insurance) at the return I was told there was a part missing at the back) I cannot remember if this is correct as I didn't worry about checking the car having insurance)
I was told by the manager that there was going to be no charge, infact i received a 0 balance to pay.
After a couple of weeks i receive email that i was going to be charged 185 for the missing part , I have called and I was told there was nothing to pay!
I was still charged and this was done at my after weeks at my return home, AVOID GOLDCAR at all costs

Goldcar in Lisbon Airport are crooks. Handed over the car, they checked...said all good and then senet me an extra cleaning bill. This is not serious...its just fraud!

I rented a car from Goldcar fully insured. When I returned it, the lady at the counter sad every was OK and because it was fully insured they did not have to check the car.

I returned it filled up with petrol. I just receive an invoice for 60 EUR!!!!!! because it was empty.

CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!
