I was slightly apprehensive paying such a large sum to an unknown (to me) retailer but it took slightly over 24 hrs for my order to arrive. The gold was immaculately clean with no signs of any defects or scratches and exactly as advertised. I even managed to negotiate around a 10% discount.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I was able to speak to the business owner to ask about the item and I felt that nothing was too much trouble.
The item I purchased, a pre owned gold watch, had hardly been worn and looked like new. It was tremendous value for money, based on current gold prices, and I'm delighted with it.

I’m so pleased with the ring! I was a little apprehensive initially as I’ve never bought jewellery online but I can genuinely say, the service is faultless. They offered a handy resizing service too as it’s connected to a physical jewellery shop. Vik was super professional and his responses were really helpful plus the turnaround time from purchase, resizing and delivery was pretty damn good! Less than 2 weeks!
