Not professional at all. Cleaning from the surface however i asked for deep clean and was sent 2 cleaners however i didnt ask for that 24£ per cleaner per hour is too expensive. Toilets left with scales, baseboards and home accessories full with dust had to check and ask to clean room windows from dust. Laundry not folded. They came in with no hoover or a mop what a joke!

To clarify, this booking was arranged as a regular hourly cleaning service, not a deep clean. Your original enquiry requested fortnightly cleaning including dusting, bed changes, vacuuming, polishing and laundry if required. A deep clean service was never quoted or agreed.
Our hourly rate of £24 per cleaner was clearly confirmed prior to booking and agreed before attendance. You requested an 11am start time on Thursday 26th, which we accommodated.
Two cleaners were sent to complete the agreed hours efficiently within the allocated timeframe. Our hourly rate applies per cleaner, which is standard practice in the industry.
Regarding equipment, we do not supply hoovers or mops due to cross-contamination policies between properties. For hygiene and safety reasons, our team uses the client’s hoover and mop, which were available at the property on the day.
If there were specific areas you felt required further attention, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address this directly at the time.
