SCAMMERS. Bait and switch. ADVERTISE cashmere hoodies, you buy and then they send cheap fake fleece hoodies that bear no resemblance to the photos on their website. REPORT THEM TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Golden Haven. The sherpa hood I received was not as advertised, and the quality did not match what was shown in their marketing. Communication and customer service have also been extremely poor. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Buyers should proceed with caution. They deserve no stars. Fraudulent company

One star is too much! Their refund policy makes it impossible to return sherpa hoods the quality of which are far inferior to what was advertised (cheaply made, flimsy thin material, ill-fitting, unattractive). Advertising on TikTok made it seem like a North American native was producing these in a start up business, but it is mass-produced junk that you could find at a dollar store for better quality. No reply from their email address after several attempts.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. What I ordered and what I received were polar opposites. The video ad showed Sherpa material, lined and a neck roll that stood up. HA! The material received was thin, but Sherpa. Nor was it lined or a self-standing neck roll. Sadly, I trusted the person in the video who said she created it. Had I investigated I would have found that the item actually came from China with poor customer service. The website shows a 14-day refund window only if the refund is due to faulty, damaged or defective BUT they do not refund for:
Fabric feel if preference
Color or appearance differences caused by lighting or screens
Personal preference or ‘not what I expected’ reasons
Minor aesthetic variations (normal for textile products)
Fit concerns as “too big”, “too small”, or “not the fit I wanted”
Only defective items qualify for a refund under the 14-day window.
So, for a Canadian Company, they’ve covered an every aspect as to why an item would be returned. They know their advertising verses true product widely vary but seemingly don’t care. Shame on Golden Haven Hoods. Run! Don’t bother ordering. Don’t waste your money. I have 6 hoods sitting in my house. You’re welcome to have them because I’m embarrassed to wear mine. And yes, the other 5 are gifts.

Beware!!! I’ve tried multiple times to contact this company regarding a return for a gift I received at Christmas, and I have received no response. Emails and the contact portal have gone unanswered.
I received two hoods that looked NOTHING like the items shown on the website. They appeared unfinished and worn, were two completely different styles, and had a significant size difference between them. Overall, the quality and lack of customer service were beyond disappointing. Total scam!!

Absolute crap. Total scam. Garbage product absurdly different than what they advertise. Two different sizes and styles. Not even Dollar Store quality. This Chinese rip-off company must be laughing all the way to the bank. Losing my pension money hurts! Fool me once... This is a crime that they continue to get away with this BS! I hope karma deals with them appropriately.

Never, ever buy anything from this company. The product is utter garbage, made for a 5-year-old at best… Absolutely no customer service, they don't accept any returns… I would like to report this fraud to Facebook because it was through them that I trusted this scam company… I am very, very disappointed that I was taken in like this… Be careful not to buy anything from them.

If I could give less than 1 I would. Took forever and came in different colours and sizes and I can’t even be bothered to try to get a refund. Absolute rip off! I’m done with these crap overseas sites posing as Canadian sites.

If I could give this company a zero, that is what I would rate it. Deceptive website, they are not Canadian. they are a scam. The Sherpa hoods would only fit a child and they were so thin that they would be useless in the cold weather. Poor quality. What I shame, was going to give them as Christmas gifts.

They never delivered my purchase and proceeded to ignore me at every contact. Shopify was useless telling me I have to go back to Golden haven who are crooks. Do not order from them. RUN. far better products. Elsewhere

Product received is very low quality, thin and extremely flimsy, nothing like depicted in their sales videos. Stitching was hanging from the product and had to be cut. Customer service is non responsive after multiple emails sent.

If I can give zero star, its exactly what they deserve. It's a fraudulent Chinese company. Delivery took 3 weeks from mainland and this was not disclosed. I was gauranteed expedited shipping that took too long. Non-responsive customer service. Unable to refund. The products were the lowest grade, poor sewing, loose fitting, thin, poor quality material- overall garbage. I was a fool to have purchased 3 hoodies. Scam beware, do not purchase.

Terribly manufactured. Order two items that are exactly the same item but different colours. What I received are two different sizes. One is significantly smaller than the other. Different materials used for the two of them. One has a tag, the other doesn't. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts but now I need to shop last minute to replace them. So disappointed!

Took almost 4 weeks to arrive, all hoodues were ordered to be the same size, but 3 different sizes were shipped. No refund or return was authorized because it was past tge 14 days after ordering window. Very poor quality, very little loft in the fabric, the complimentary sherpa mitts were tiny, too small fir even one if my 8 year old hands. Ripped off to say the least.

My order didn’t have the correct items sent. I reached out to them several times and have not received a response to date. Don’t bother wasting your money on their products, terrible customer service.

THEIR WEBSITE STATES THEY'RE CANADIAN...THEY'RE BASED IN CHINA. NEVER ANSWERED EMAILS RE STATUS OF MY PARCEL. STARTED A DISPUTE WITH MY CC COMPANY AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY. SENT ME "UPDATED TRACKING STATUS" WHICH WAS THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL..PACKAGE WAITING FOR PICK UP BY CARRIER IN CHINA. NOT A LEGIT COMPANY.

Waited over 2 weeks to get my order of one beige and one purple. They arrived today, both are not what is advertised. The “beige” is like a dark yellow brown. The purple is much lighter than what is advertised. Aside from color, they are both different makes and sizes. I already requested to return.

The tik tok ad you see for the Sherpa hoods is AI generated. The hoods get shipped from China by a courier with no contact info. This is not a business created by the woman you see in the ad. Stay away, I should have known better.

This company is a complete scam. They use ads from a legitimate small business, and then ship DRASTICALLY inferior products from China. Return policy is defective products only and within 14 days of purchase. I received mine after 30 days. Sherpa hood is nothing like advertised, flimsy and falling apart. This company is just taking people's cash! Please don't buy this product! I would give zero stars if I could. Buyer beware.
