Upwards of 50 spam emails every single day having never signed up with them. They send from @jean-patrique.co.uk
Each email address is slightly different at the start so blocking them doesn’t work.

What is going on with this so-called casino?
They're sending tens of spam emails every day which cannot be blocked. Can we do something to stop it?

I withdrew £250.00 on 30th November 2023 and still no payout when I asked the customer service what was happening they were actually rude to me, bank transfers go to all different companies. This site needs to be shut down and awareness needs to be made.

Do not use this site, they have still not paid my winnings after 7 weeks and counting!

They prey on gambling addicts. I relapsed and asked to close my account on chat multiple times. One asked if I would reconsider my decision for a bonus on casino with no rollover. The others end the chat before you have finished. They tell you they don't have the power to close accounts and to email Freya. Emailed support many times with no response. Receive late night calls offering me bonuses from 0800 numbers. Like all addicts I never got to the point of withdrawing so who knows whether they pay out.

I'm unable to withdraw my winnings because only crypto is available on the banking pages, my preferred method is bank transfer as I don't even know anything about crypto. My first win I withdraw using bank transfer but this time i can't withdraw at all. I've used the chat support to explain several times but I get told the same thing over and over again and that's " try logging out", clearing the cache etc, I've got a really bad headache from doing this several times, then they end the chat without resolving anything. I'm fed up. Never ever use this Casino !!!

You dont win and if you win , it will be gone in a few minutes. Ask 4 times to close my account and they dont close it

After nearly 8 weeks i finally got my winnings… really didnt think i would get it after reading the reviews… but been paid out over £1000 today

Opened account, deposited £XXX placed several bets, only bet with my own money, not any bonuses. I win, tried to withdraw £XXXX on the 18/10/2023. Never had the Money, chased via email, live chat, get ignored or told lies. Clearly a scam company, avoid 100%

Now 19/12/2023 chased weekly, get same answers, all lies, crooks!! still no payout

0/5 stars is more accurate, my ‘£100’ deposit actually cost me £105.89 and was taken in Chinese ¥ by ‘Showcrystal’, very suspicious indeed.

I immediately asked for my account to be closed and funds returned which I have been informed may take 90 days!

Will update if I ever receive the funds back, I am not hopeful.

Any "Casino" that needs to send 100+ obviously spam emails EVERY day has got to be a scam.
