Very pleased.
Very pleased.! With the decanter.! A little issue with the shipping, but most likely nothing to do with the company their end. Product arrived extremely well packaged, completely unmarked.. Soon had it out and cleaned and full of a nice 15 year old single malt.. Looks fantastic when the light catches it.! Definitely very happy with this purchase.

Customer services claim to have contacted DHL but there was 'nothing they can do' and advised that I contact them. DHL claim that they were never in touch at all! Still awaiting refund, now seem to be getting ignored? Buyer beware!!
