30/12/2024 - I cancelled my pending withdrawal via live chat on 12/12/2024. I decided I would do smaller crypto transaction withdrawals of about 300 pounds. Managed to get it all out eventually. Appears just the larger withdrawals that take ages.

11/12/2024 - Still nothing. Now a pending withdrawal for over 11 weeks. No emails and no updates from customer service.

25/11/2024 - To update, still no money, no emails, more nonsense from live chat. Avoid this site like the plague. 2 months. I have now been waiting. As this point I have given up on the 1600 and realise I will not be receiving.

What a disgrace that companies can get away with it. Company owe me over 1600 pounds from a withdrawal made on 24th September, way over their timelines of 7-21 business days. Anyone who has had similar, and can give advice would be appreciated. For example, did previous reviews ever receive their payouts? Wouldn't go near this company.

However for the first time after having no withdrawal issues I now am experiencing delays and being told nonsense about check’s, really frustrating. No issues previously so why now.

I tried to withdraw 500 pound winnings for 8 months and all customer service said was that the withdrawal was being reviewed for legitimacy. After 2 months the money was back in my balance bit I was unable to withdraw and had to go through whole process again...after 8 months I gave up.

You cannot speak to anyone with authority and it is a scam!!

Customer services are rude and end live chat and do not answer your questions.

Very bad, I've been waiting for my money for over three months. But there are more like it that all belong to the same group! I just say think carefully before opening an account on these sites from the same group, you'll see right away that everything is the same on the site, the same formats, the same live chat agents, only the name changes. I'm waiting for over €2000 from 4 sites from the same group, be very careful

This casino is absolutely disgusting!!! This shouldn't be legal, had 500+ pounds on my account during a game, I got a 10 pound bonus in which the game crashed and once I reloaded they took everything!!! No money left on there atall! Live chat just close the chat every time before I get a chance to explain!! The contact details they give u are void and this is just a scam!!!!!

I'm afraid to say that this company has robbed me of my money every time I played I never won a thing would be the odd one to keep you playing I've tried to contact through email and never had a response and chat are so cheeky when you ask to speak with someone else u can't get answers they have ruined my life I hope they don't do it to you

So today my withdraw after 3 months gets credited back to the betting account not my bank account....Live chat refuse to talk about why this happened...I'm not wasting any more time with this company luckily I only deposited £20....I decided to spend the my previous winning on the slots as I know I can't withdraw...bye bye golden phahora...

Why is noone doing anything about this site, over 6 weeks now waiting for my withdrawal and it keeps getting put back in my wallet. I have been in touch with ADR who stated that this site is not registered, so I have to contact the gaming commission. Maybe if we all contacted them, the site maybe closed down, or fined, not even a self exclude or block process we can use !!!!

Stay away from this scam site!! I’ve played here few times and wanted my account closed but it’s been a nightmare from there as customer support is do unhelpful keeps giving me some random email to write to if I want account closing as they are not authorised to do it yeah right what ever. So this so call email address is not available as my gmail keeps saying it can’t send email as it’s not valid. Customer support again are not helping so I’m stuck with this scam of a site!!!

Edit* Well it's all changed now ive made quite a few withdrawals and each Is taking longer than the last currently I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks now for 1200 and I don't think I'll be getting it I'll keep you all updated though. 22/08/24

Two occasions now, I have placed a bet which has won and only the stake money has been returned.

The people who run this site are scammers, they have turned off the live chat function and there is no way of contacting them as all their emails bounce!

Joke of a company quickly take your money but when it come to withdrawal you get all kinds of embarrassing excuses they've cancelled my withdrawal twice I wait 10 days then they can called then they said use a different withdrawal option and you'll get your money immediately then lie saying you have to wait 7-21 days again currently sending emails to them everyday which are ignored thr chat is a joke they copy and paste messages they don't care for customers then they block you crap service scammers don't use these scammers , update after 28 days still waiting for payment joke of a company don't use these cowboys

Absolute joke off a company been waiting since 1st April for a withdrawal and it's still pending keep asking but same answers and then the just close chat wouldn't even waste your money on it don't think I will ever see my withdrawal

My experience is similar to others. My withdrawals did work very quickly to begin with and now one has been stuck in pending for 5 weeks. Chat services tell you to wait or they say they will contact finance but I have not received any communication from them. If you try and send an email they bounce back. They will not set deposit limits or close you account. A complete fraud and I'm just sorry I joined in the first place.

This is a horrible site. The actual sportsbook and casino game options are good but the live chat team is useless they just dont respond and close chat. Also the withdraw system is an absolute joke. On many sites there is misinfirmation stating that this site only takes 24-48 hours for withdraw but it takes almost a month. They say they need 7-21 working days to check and process everything and then a further 24-48 hours for money to reach account. No other casino does this its an absolute joke. No problem when allowing customers to deposit but as soon as there is a withdraw request it takes a month hilarious.
