Manglede vare

Manglede 3 neglelakker, som var hoved formålet med bestillingen, og ikke var i pakken, jeg købte tre andre neglelakker fordi portoen var dyr, som jeg betalte 122 kr i porto for. Efter lang til siger de efter at have rykket flere gange, at den var udgået. De burde have fjernet den fra deres webside. Jeg fik kun refunderet neglelakkerne, men ikke den dyre porto

Until 5 days ago, we were not open to any deliveries to Denmark. Your message is of two months ago. We have had 0 customers from Denmark.

There is also no mention of you or your order in our system, our inbox, or any other means of communication. We are convinced that you have ordered from another website in Germany.

I would therefore like to request you to check your order and confirm that you have not ordered from "goldenrose.de". If that is the case, which is extremely likely, I would like to request you to remove your review.
