Bought toon squad outfit for my son.. Size was too small so sent back for a refund.. Address china, my package has been returned paid £20 for track and sign so have the confirmation it's been delivered... Yet no refund... Email address doesn't work anymore and the website doesn't work either!!!
If I could give no stars I would!! Thieves!!!!
Scam website!
Unfortunately we didn't realise this until reading these other reviews....
I bought Toon squad kits for my children, when they arrived they were huge men's size.. they cost me £70... I emailed them and they give me an address is China to return them back to.. it cost me another £25 to return the overly large items to China... That was 3 months ago...we are still waiting for the correct children's sizes to be delivered.
Finding this page on the internet has confirmed my suspicions that the whole thing was a scam.. both of my children are deeply gutted and I am £95 short for items we don't even have... Absolutely gutted.

Take money and don’t supply goods ordered over 2 months ago and won’t reply to email.
Disgusting Thieves
Please do not buy from this website. Their website shows that they are based in Edinburgh in the UK but all their products are cheap from China. We purchased a garden ornament for my aunties birthday & when it finally arrived it was extremely poor quality & parts were broken / missing. Feel really let down. Sent pictures to their email address & they said they would refund but they never did & now they are just ignoring me. We had to buy an alternative present & the gift we brought from this website which was £40 ended up being binned! Absolute waste of time & money. I think it’s disgusting.
After ordering a bag from this website last week we received no order confirmation or anything. A week later and we still haven't received the bags. Today i attempted to phone the number displayed on their website and it was a fake number. We have tried emailing them but no reply at all. This service is absolutely shocking we feel truely down. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
