Three time I got paid less than showed…
Three time I got paid less than showed at the end of the survey. One time showed 87 USD I got paid only 26 CAD
Another time showed 67 USD I got paid only approximately 28 CAD. Third time I do not remember.

Interactive whilst profitable - win-win!
The surveys are great and interactive- also profile based so you answer questions based on your knowledge, experiences and skill sets. The games are fun, they are all challenging and generate a lot of cash fast. This has truly been a pleasant experience. Withdrawing money to my paypal account was no hassle at all.

Payment issues
This is my second review about the company and I have lowered the stars even more due to their lack of assistance. I joined the company few months ago. The first welcoming surveys were easy to complete, however subsequent ones were either offering too little or too long and some I would get disqualified after spending too much time on them. There were few where I managed to complete the survey but when I get redirected to the home page, I would not get the reward. After months of trying surveys I managed to reach the R250 required for withdrawal, I requested a withdrawal and it was accepted, with a note saying it would take 48 hours for processing. The 48 hours went by, I checked my email linked to my account and there was nothing from golden surveys. I reached out to support on the app but it was just a bot with limited data. I sent an email to support and I didn’t get any response. I posted my initial review and I was prompted to reach out to support for the link, I did 3 times and I still didn’t get any response from them. I don’t know how to reach them since I’m not getting any response from the given email.
I have used different survey platforms and this is the first time coming across a platform where you can’t even get a reply from their support, let alone chase after a reward after the withdrawal has been approved.

I wanted to share some candid feedback regarding my recent experience using your platform.
While I appreciate the opportunity to participate, I have found that many of the surveys require a significant amount of time to complete for a very low payout. Additionally, frequently getting disqualified halfway through a questionnaire after already investing time feels like a waste of effort.
For me to continue participating actively, the compensation would need to better reflect the time and effort required from users. I hope you will consider adjusting your reward structures or matching users to qualified surveys more efficiently in the future.
