I cash out 10 dollars in two days it arrived very quick then the sent me an email offering me 2 extra doller to leave a good review but after I cashed out it stopped tracking my playtime I emailed support over 1 week in a half ago but no reply

In the "All Rewards" section, you can see in real time how much time you have left to earn the next reward. If you feel the timer stop, you can try refreshing the game stream or checking your network connection. If you reach the end of the reward period, you won't be able to earn any more Game Time, but you can switch to another game and start earning from scratch!
You'll receive your rewards as soon as you finish, but in some exceptional cases, it may take up to 48 hours.
If you haven't been able to play for that long, it could mean we can no longer find the game on your phone. This happens if you delete the game from your device and re-download it, if you access your Game Time account from another phone, if the game was already on your phone, or if you reset your phone's Advertising ID. In these cases, you will no longer be awarded Game Time for that game.
