We had a small stain on our bedroom ceiling after a heavy rain the night before. I called Gold Key and they scheduled an inspection same week. Came on time, found issue, and showed us pictures. All fixed quickly and said we shouldn't have any issues but call again if needed. Even though out of warranty they did not charge us for the call. I would highly recommend them.
