Terrible
Terrible. When pulling into the lot, the attendant asked us to pull forward with no shuttle in site. Finally, one arrives and we were told to take our luggage to the van, so we dragged it through dirt and mud. According to the gate attendant, one person was to ride in the van, the other person stay in the car, follow the shuttle and park it. We drug our 5 heavy bags over to the driver who did not get out of the shuttle as he watched us do so. We went to his window and asked where we should put the bags. He said, "back in your car" you follow me and park. After waiting another 5 minutes, we asked the attendant what we should do. "Pull over here and wait for the shuttle to come around the parking lot." The driver came around, went a different direction than what the attendant directed and so we followed. We were drove towards a dirt lot and the van parked about 150 yards away. We drug our heavy luggage up hill towards the shuttle. My husband said to him, "This is so confusing! We have no idea what we are supposed to do!" The shuttle driver said, "I don't appreciate your disrespect, so I refuse to take you. Get an Uber!" We tried to apologize and explain our frustration and he continued to refuse. We mentioned missing our flight, connections, etc. He looked away, loaded others luggage and drove away". We had to call an Uber.
