Bought this 'service' in March 2023, it did not work, so cancelled account immediately and asked for refund. Nothing. The bank supposedly blocked them, but March 2024 and another annual payment of $99 has been charged! Avoid at all costs.
There was no possibility to cancel the subscription from the website account, after repeated emails it was finally too late and the extension was a fact. Afterwards I finally got a response back, they would refund me, to date still have not received anything.
This company is cheating. Even after they send an email confirming that subscription is cancelled, they keep taking payment from my paypal account. Last year this happened and after sending several emails, a year later they refunded the payment only to take the payment back from my paypal account after a few days. Even though I logged into my account and cancelled the subscription, when I log in again, I find the subscription is made active. The company also goes by the name of Illuminati Karate, Inc. in the United States.
