Don't use this company. Was quoted $300 for a 2 hour standard job moving 7 minutes away and then on the day charged me $530 which included a heavy item fee and 10% fee to do back transfer. And to top it off they scratched the wooded floor in my new rental.

DO NOT waste you time with these movers. They are scammers and will claim your standard furniture is too heavy and need another almost $400 to move your stuff. They are rude and will lie to your face. A small melamine desk suddenly morphed into a massive mahogany desk of grandeur. My bed became a massive electric bed that I can only afford in my dreams. Total con artists and the only thing they should be moving are their personal items from one cell block to the other - in prison!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS "REMOVAL" COMPANY - THEY DON'T MOVE ANYTHING. If I could give negative stars, I would. Booked to move 1 bedroom's worth of items within the same postcode last Monday, waited hours for them to turn up and finally a text message saying they weren't coming due to rain (it had been raining ALL DAY). Rebooked for yesterday and exactly the same thing happened, waited hours and no show. Rebooked again for this morning, and surprise surprise, another no show. This company also lied about the amount of bookings they'd cancelled, refused to send a cancellation confirmation this last time, and when I told them I would be detailing all of this in a Google review, they simply hung up. Completely unprofessional, absolutely untrustworthy, and rude, disrespectful customer "service". I can't find enough bad words to say about these fraudsters that will make it past the profanity filters. DO NOT BOOK.

I regrettably used these Indian based, inexperienced movers for my recent move.
wow what a horrendous experience this was. don t expect the advertised black and gold trucks as shown on website...so slow and unreliable. Held to ransom for payment before job completed, threatened to be told my stuff would be dumped on footpath and the men would leave.Had to negotiate to keep them going.
a job that was booked for couple of hours turned out to double that.
be careful...do your nerves a favour..im a pensioner so the disregard of respect made no difference to these people..also they were 2 hours late in arriving...

The movers are nice and efficient. The price is very competitive.These guys are the best. The phone staff are pleasant and helpful, and the moving crew are friendly, hardworking and honest. Highly recommend the service.
