Stay away from GoldSF.com

Stay away from GoldSF.com. The site is a scam. I was encouraged to invest in it by a woman who contacted me through LinkedIn using an alias. I bought the Gold AI arbitrage robots promising high rates of return; the greater the investment the higher the return. I initially invested a small amount of money in lower tier robots and appeared to make good returns. After a couple weeks I was notified that if I wanted to continue trading, I needed to invest at a higher tier. The site encourages greater investment in various ways. I tested my ability to withdraw my initial funds and was successful. I re-deposited the withdrawal and invested more. The site led me to believe I was making make very good profits. When I tried to make a large withdrawal, I was not able to and chat support said my withdrawal encountered a “blockchain node anomaly” (not a real thing), that my account was frozen, and I needed to pay a fee equal to 30% of my account balance to fix the anomaly. I asked to speak with customer service or their legal department and was told I couldn't, I could only speak to chat support. I unsuccessfully tried to negotiate with them. I am not able to retrieve my funds. I was not able to find out any information about the company behind the site.
