Bought a shaver in December as a Christmas gift it’s broke I’ve emailed them to get an email back saying it’s now called bold shave no way of contacting them to do the return waste of £100 stuck with faulty shaver

I was bought the gold skulll pro as a…

I was bought the gold skulll pro as a gift for Christmas. After multiple uses I couldn’t see what all the fuss was about. It would take me 20+ minutes to shave me head (with the turtle 2.0) when goldskull claim it can be much quicker. The shaver always to be struggling.

A few months back the battery started to deplete very quickly and the shaver struggled even more. I contacted goldskull who responded at first and was apologetic. They requested video footage which I sent and then I’ve heard nothing back and this was in July.

After multiple emails since I still have not heard anything and there is no other way to contact them. My wife has also tried to contact them since and has also gotten no response. I’ve had to resort back to traditional methods which is hugely disappointing especially after my wife has waster her money on a goldskull.

Maybe my goldskull has always been defective and just got worse which I fully understand can happen but the lack of response to rectify this issue is the hardest pill to swallow.

So just be mindful if you need aftercare then maybe goldskull isn’t for you.

Good shave, terrible company.

Good shave, terrible company.
Brought the shaver, the shave is good, but I cannot remove the shaving attachment to change functions. Tried several attempts to contact them, including their money back guarantee and all have been ignored. Save your money and go to a competitor.
