I have used Goldsmith Solicitors for a number of years now for sales, purchases and remortgages. The team are good in dealing with enquiries I have and ultimately get the job done efficiently and within controllable timeframes!

Also I have been kept advised and updated regularly throughout the transactions.

My experience of this firm is as a member of a chain where they are representing the first time buyers at the bottom of the chain.
The solicitor working on the file is almost entirely uncontactable, rarely in the office and not responding to other solicitors in the chain.
They forgot that their clients mortgage offer was expiring, and now the chain is collapsing as, despite being instructed to exchange, they are uncontactable again.
This is resulting in their client, a FTB losing their chance of buying a property as their mortgage offer cannot be extended.
I would never accept an offer from a buyer using this firm to represent them in future.
