Worst customer service ever.
I am a retired disabled veteran, who does some sewing to help make ends meet. I purchased a Juki machine through Goldstar and when it arrived, it was broken. I returned the machine and it has been six months with no resolution. I message repeatedly and the owner. David just respond with “I’ll get back to you” and then doesn’t. 1 month ago. I posted a negative review and started receiving abusive and threatening messages from the owner. He promised me if I took the review down he would “make it right.”. There still has been no resolution, and at this point I’m out $3000 and don’t even have the machine. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with with a company. Avoid this place at all costs.
