Extremely Unprofessional
I reached out for a quote. I was told a local rep would reach out in the morning. When I asked 2 weeks later what happened I was treated rudely and told “if you don’t want to make a purchase don’t”. I thought it was unprofessional to have no one reach out, as well as come at me personally, because I called this behavior unprofessional. My job wouldn’t allow it! There’s levels of professionalism I guess.
