I experienced very expensive service for basic registration starting they'll just kept basic fee + consultancy fee but later when enter to give details they'll charged more n more day by day until our licence take over to hand like wise I payed them 6689 rs they hv been charged over me in name of government documents like msme , water check, Zomato drafting, swiggy drafting etc bla bla later while receiving time also they asked me extra 2k for receiving license after registration over but I refused the
Really we will get fssai license for 100rs its a government fees by foscos portal by ourself i knw this later after all done

Scam Alert — Do not use this service
I paid ₹999 for FSSAI Basic Registration. The next day they came back saying the government raised "queries" and demanded ₹2,700 more for documents like a Quality Management Draft and Water Testing Report — documents that are either free templates or not required at the Basic Registration stage at all.
I paid the additional amount on 11 March 2026. Since then, complete silence. No updates, no license, no response to messages.
This is a deliberate upsell scam. They take your initial fee, manufacture fake "government queries," and extract more money. The FSSAI Basic Registration can be done yourself for free on the FoSCoS portal. Do not give these people a single rupee.

We are not satisfied with their services. We had approached them for FSSAI certification; however, when queries were raised by the department, they demanded an additional ₹2,600 to create extra documents that were not actually required by FSSAI. Initially they promised me that we would get the certificate for sure without any issues.

When I applied directly, the same queries were raised by FSSAI before. I responded to each query clearly, explaining the nature of our business and the reasons for not being able to submit certain documents—without adding or fabricating anything.

To our surprise, the FSSAI certificate was issued within 10 days of submitting our response.

This experience clearly shows that many such agents attempt to exploit applicants and extract unnecessary charges. I am disappointed with the overall service quality. These guys are not good advisors.

They charge more than government website

I applied for an FSSAI food license. They first said, 'Ma'am, it will take only ₹1000.' After that, they said I lacked some documents, so they asked me to pay ₹2000 more. I paid that amount, and then they asked me for a tax amount of ₹2149. I paid that too. Then they asked for a drafting fee of ₹200, which I also paid. But before paying all this, they said I'd get my license through the FSSAI office government web. Now they're not responding to me after giving me a 'tatkal license'. The service is very disappointing. They didn't even give me my reference password. I asked for direct access to Miss Roshni and Miss Aayushi, but they keep telling me that they've told their department, and the department will share it with me.

I haven't received any revert from them very disappointing service.

The coordination by the team and quick turnaround was helpful.
