Bought 3 sets of irons before my current purchase and was very happy. The newest set I purchased was advertised as having recoil f3 shafts but when I received the set, the only iron that had that shaft was the 7 iron. All others came with the f2 senior shaft. I emailed and received a response that they could do nothing except send a return label. After reading the reviews about returns taking forever I've decided to spend more money getting new shafts. Very disappointed and will not be using this company again. Global golf customer service is way better

Golf Avenue has a wide selection of new and used equipment. I would say they are prices lower than most store for new high end equipment. As well as offering different shafts. The used section can be hit or miss. The prices have to be judged as per item selected. The used clubs are warehouses and will be dusty, but in as advertised shape. Refurbished golf ball selection the best by far. Shipping is fast and returns fairly easy. Customer service is open till 7pm eastern. Better to call early in the day. The evening staff are less knowledgeable. They accept Seezel as a payment option for purchase over $200. All in all, the biggest selection of used clubs. For a scratch or low handicap golfer this is not really the golf store for us.

An arrogant organization that won't work with customers. I sent clubs in for trade-in on a particular club that they won't set aside for me until the trade-in is evaluated. We're talking 5 days max! Their customer service chat hangs up on people if they don't agree with wahat you're saying! An all around bad experience and I won't deal with them again which they don't seam to care about that either!!!
