Terrible customer service
Very disappointed with this company’s refusal to quickly refund our sales tax after we bought, cleared customs and exported clubs. Absurd excuse that only Norwegians get the refund.

The BEST customer service I have received in years
The golf trolley I bought on golfhandelen was slightly faulty. I sent an email to their customer service, who apologised for the inconvenience, and sent me a New trolley. They even said I could keep the original one for spare parts. Fantastic!
Fast, effeicient, and very customer orientated.
