Golfovernight did a great job getting my son's clubs all the way from Idaho to Georgia. I had a question, called the number and spoke to a live person who walked me through it.

this was my first time shipping my clubs and I had concerns based on anecdotes from friends who used other services. I contacted GolfOverNight, packed my clubs and they took care of the rest. Clubs arrived as scheduled at a remote Arizona resort and were picked up for return a week later. No damage to clubs or the case I shipped them in. Will definitely use them again.

I needed to get my clubs to my vacation destination over night and Golfovernight lived up to their name and did just that!...... for almost half of Ship Sticks and they arranged for FedEx to pick the clubs at my house for no extra cost. Aaron gave me great personalized service and kept in contact with me via email to let me know when my clubs were picked up at my house thru delivery at my hotel. There is no reason to call anyone else!!!!!

Golf Overnight did all the leg work, answered my many questions and personally dealt with my concerns so my boss' clubs were picked up, delivered and returned to our office in a timely manner-- all for the lowest cost (I know because I compared first) and with a FedEx tracking number!

Items were sent and returned as promised.

WOW this was awesome not only did my golf clubs show up on time they showed up days before I arrive to Las Vegas. It was so nice knowing I did not have to carry my clubs to the airport they where pick-up at my front door and now they are being delivered back to me at my house. I could have not ask for anything better.

Everything that could have gone wrong, did. However, none of it was GolfOvernight's fault. My bag was lost on the way there because the label fell off. As soon as we noticed, they overnighted the bag to my destination. Despite it getting there 4 hours before my tee time, they waived the first leg.

On the return, the same thing happened. When my bag hadn't arrived after a few days, I reached out to GolfOvernight and they immediately talked to a supervisor at FedEx who ensured the bag got to me before the weekend (they delivered it Saturday morning). Again, it arrived before my tee time but GolfOvernight still waived the fee and offered to pay for any rentals I needed.

To cap it all off, my driver head snapped on the return shipment. When I told GolfOvernight, they explained the claim process and how it can take up to 6 months (the claim process is with FedEx). We determined a fair value of the club, and GolfOvernight immediately wrote me a check for that amount and is handling the claim. If they receive more than what we came up with from FedEx, they will send me a check for the difference.

All in all, the longest I waited for a reply email or phone call was 5 minutes, including calls on weekends. I would recommend GolfOvernight 100/100 times.

Aaron is great. GO pricing is competitive. The website/ordering system needs improvement but Aaron fills in that gap. We had 8 in our group and everyone's clubs arrived and returned as planned aside from a small issue with one set that had to be picked up at the terminal due to a Fed Ex problem that really had nothing to do with GO.
Will definitely use GO again.

I left my clubs in a rental car in Nashville, TN and I needed to have them delivered to Hilton Head Island ASAP. This was a big problem and Golf Overnight provided the perfect solution.
