I booked two tee times and both could not be in my time slot, luckily it was not too far away. At Phoenix Gold, they asked for Caddy Fee, which was already paid. At Pleasent Valley everything was fine.
Everything was mostly convenient. I will use it again 😀

Poor communication. Asked for a jumbo flight, did not a get a confirmation but Golfsavers went ahead with the booking anyways. Was then notified when on golf course.

Best price for Blue Canyon Lakes Course and included 300 baht towards a meal. We got the tee time we requested. Representative was very helpful.

I must say this trip planning is very bad. I never ask much as I thought your office will do a good planning but it turns out out to be bad.

1. Putting us on a golf course that’s so far away from airport on last day and not on first day. This cause 2 hours travel there and later, more time to airport
2. Transport was badly planned. First day to King Island, fetch at 5am when journey there is 1 hour. We reach 6am and start golf 8am. Do you need 2 hours to register ?
3. ⁠today the journey is at least 1 hour 45 mins, we leave hotel 6am. So later we left with 15 minute to get ready?
4. ⁠I have not play my game today but I kind of frustrated with the lousy planning
5. ⁠difficult to trust the planning by golf saver ever again

Golfsavers are a reputable, honest and adaptive company that provided me with fantastic service and communications during my week in Vietnam. They arranged airport transfers and four rounds of golf, and were on time an great value for money. One of their most appealing characteristics is the great communications they provided throughout my visit during the recent central Vietnam floods. Some adjustments to my itinerary needed to made and I was given timely notice of the changes. Communications with their various drivers was also great. I received WhatsApp messages the night before conforming the journey, the vehicle and the driver. Often in these circumstances I am able to individually source service providers at a cheaper rate, but Golfsavers gave me great service at a great price, that I couldn't have organised any cheaper. I can highly recommend Golfsavers for your travel needs.

Not only was the course in fantastic condition but as a single I was able to play the course in 3.5 hours. The caddy #251 was a huge help with the course layout and the help on yhe greens was extremely helpful. She had a great sense of humor as well.

This is our very first time using golfsavers. It was a very seamless process. We didn’t encounter any difficulties. Booked a few golf courses in advance. Got the tee times we wanted. Everything went smoothly as planned. We will definitely be using their services again for our next year golf trip throughout Asia.

All great…except when asked to review a golf course I Do Not want to be forced into a mandatory, written summary.

This is damaging to the golf course as I may wish to provide a high rating score, but refuse to complete the survey when an attempt to force a textual review.

Simple web based booking done. Payment process is intuitive but not explicit. 2 of my cards got rejected without clear mention of the reason. Would be nice to have this info prior to the payment screen.

The real deal and the only platform i would trust to make bookings for golf in Asia.
