As a new customer I was very disappointed with the customer service, I ordered a pair of golf trousers, received a tracking reference which when I checked the delivery status a few days after ordering I noticed the item was just going back and forth between 2 royal mail depots for several days, when I check the delivery address I noticed I'd accidentally put the wrong postal code, I contacted royal mail who advised me to contact yourselves because I could not change anything on the order , so I contacted yourselves to which I got the response that I needed to sort the issue with royal mail, as of now I still haven't received the item and to be honest have give up and unfortunately probably won't be using your company again which is not what I wanted to do, hopefully your customer service team will improve to help other customers if the have any problems

Excellent!
Ordered a Sunderland gilet and a Footjoy top. Was nervous about ordering as their prices were so much lower than those that all the major golf retailers were listing, however goods arrived the next day (superfast free delivery) and were fine. Chuffed to bits and will definitely be back.

For the most part, positive!
1. Description of the item was excellent leaving nothing out.
2. Price as always was competitive.
3. Delivery costs were reasonable & the time it took to arrive was as described.
4. Upon receiving the goods, all items were undamaged & exactly as described on the website.
5. The invoice received was a positive, with every detail required not only there, but very legible with no need to decipher!
6. One thing I did feel the need to mention, was that while I was browsing the website, it was not possible to zoom in for a closer look at a lot of the items I was viewing. Something that is not an issue with other websites. Maybe this could change in the future? 🤔
All in all, a positive shopping experience.
