Annual Biloxi Trip
Have been doing this trip for a number of years. This year was the best weather wise, course wise and accomodation wise. Have worked with Nick and he always does an excellent job with very few problems. Have every intention of returning again next year.

Golf Outing
Kevin Walker did a terrific job setting up our golf outing to Montgomery, Alabama. We played beautiful courses, stayed at a very nice Holiday Inn, and had a terrific experience.

Great service but pricey
The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me make my final selection of courses. They handled all the tee times and took care of paying the courses in advance of my trip.
I did find the price to be a bit high but since I didn't have the time to call the courses and arrange everything myself I did pay a premium.

Thank you for the complement on our customer service but we also take pride in offering the best prices for regular tee times during high season - you did not pay a premium. In fact, you paid less or no more than the price due to our contracts with the golf courses. The bonus is we did handle all the details and all you have to do is "show up and play".
Your review was for a trip to Scottsdale in the height of high season (winter/early spring). Our company is the largest golf travel company to that area and enjoys great rates. Your group also played the absolute best courses and most expensive courses in the high season including: Troon North (always top rated), Grayhawk, TPC Scottsdale, and the Boulders. The only discounts this time of year are for afternoon twilight rates where you may not finish or the very first or 2nd tee time (on weekdays usually). If you feel that there were lower prices we will be happy to investigate. But, regular rates during peak season are not on discount tee-time sites and in fact, most courses are trying to eliminate some of the sites that "loss leader". Our VP of Sales will contact you to answer any questions. Thank you.
I experienced several issues.
I had difficulty reaching my salesperson. I had to send a copy of the confirmation for one in my party to prove payment. Upon check in at hotel, the hotel was not even aware of GolfThere and experienced problems with them charging me for incorrect amount of nights, when all were prepaid. I made contact with the hotel property and worked out issues on my own.

At times, some hotels front desk staff are not aware of how golf or any type tour company makes reservations. It is unfortunate that you were not handled properly at this hotel but we have been assured that this error on their part is corrected for future guests.

Thanks for the feedback. Our contracted hotels do not allow us to break out pricing as it might undermine the hotel's website guarantee of the best price booked direct. At hotels where we do hundreds of room nights a month or even 1000's of room nights a year, we nearly always have rates that even with our normal mark-up are far below the current public price. Thus our prices always and MUST contain at least 2 rounds of golf. In the case of your reservation, during high season, the rates were very good and the overall budget you booked determined to a certain degree the quality of your courses and your hotels. GolfThere seeks the mid-point and above golf courses and never has the absolute cheapest hotels in a market. Quite frankly, this is because we must have a product that we are comfortable with and that won't require constant inspection by our team. By carefully selecting brands and mid-point properties, we can rest comfortably that the product was clean and fairly priced for the season. We regret that the salesperson did not follow-up with you in a timely manner as that is NOT our normalized service post-trip. Our sales manager will or has determined a follow-up strategy to see if we can improve our communication in the future. Thank you for making us aware of the situation.

Orlando Golf Get Away
GolfThere did a good job - Disney let us down. We played the Palms and Magnolia courses at Disney and they were in horrific condition. I should have known from the start when I found no TP in the men's room before teeing off that it was not going to be a good day. Orange County National and Champions Gate were beautiful courses. Wish we would have played there all 4 days. Eagle Creek out near the airport was worse than Disney. We were surprised there weren't cattle grazing on the fairways.

Great Innisbrook Golf Trip
Took my son for a great golf spring break at Innisbrook Golf Resort. I worked with Ernie who suggested which courses to play. He was able to get us on the Copperhead Course the week before the Valspar Tournament. It was great to play the course when it was set up for the pros. Ernie did a great job coordinating the trip. Our accommodations were excellent. Will continue to use GolfThere in the future.

Away From The Snow
The 9 Golfers that went on the outing to Orlando was first class. Well put together and and all the courses were top notch. The six bedroom house was excellent very spacious and very clean. Travel times to each course was 45 minutes or less. Kevin was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He help me in choosing the package we put together for our trip. Looking forward in planing our next outing. Keep up the good work.
