Excellent work very helpful quality service

Quick response. Understood my requirements. Great communication.

I enquired regarding a golf holiday to Belek, I was contacted by Lee the very next day where he discussed options with me. I explained my budget and he sent over different options, with and without flights. When it came to booking tee times with the hotel we chose, he was really helpful in ensuring we get the best use of our time, and have different experiences. The booking process has been so easy and smooth thanks to him. Everything was explained well and the itinerary sent over had everything included. He is very quick at responding to emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend and will be using this company to book again in the future.

Tried very hard to book with Golf Travel. Sales Rep was professional and quickly sorted a quote which matched exactly what we were after. We agreed on a time and date to finalise and pay for the trip which was a Friday afternoon. A was advised it was best for me to source our own flights which I did and paid for them prior to finalising the holiday, that same Friday. In hindsight I should've waited until the holiday was confirmed.

We spoke briefly regarding the holiday, on the date and time we agreed to finalise, then the communications stopped and the sales rep was not contactable. That Friday I heard from him late afternoon, briefly, stating he was sorting all the finer details for the holiday booking and would let me know when confirmed.
No follow up communications that day and then it was the weekend. I now found myself with booked flights and didn't have a confirmed holiday. I sent another follow up email on the Friday but had no reply.

The sales rep contacted me on the Monday, late afternoon, explaining the quote I had been given was no longer available and said he had other options. I explained I was a bit disappointed with this delay and response seeing we had agreed to book the trip on the Friday before.

I asked him to share other options / quotes he had along with his customer service team details, but received no reply.

I waited a few days and heard nothing back, so due to the fact I had booked flights I looked elsewhere and booked with one of their competitors.

Great service and communications right up until it was time to finalise and pay.

A few day later the Manging Director, of the company, called me to apologise, stated how important customer service was and asked me how he could make amends.

Good customer service in the end.

Unfortunately in this scenario it was too late as I had booked with another company.

My second experience of Golf Travel Centre and again a great experience. From planning the initial itinerary all the way through to checking in on our first day to make sure all was as planned, the service was exemplary. I've dealt with Ian Ali on both trips, and can highly recommend him....he listens to what is wanted and then delivers against it in all aspects.

Fantastic from start to finish making sure the needs of a fiddly bunch was sorted.

Managed to get us the tee times at the golf courses we wanted along with a really good deal on hotel.

Another simple and easy process to book next years golf trip to Lisbon. All done via what’s app and everything runs smoothly everytime. Always willing to price up anything you want! Must of asked for 10 different quotes everytime Bradley sent them over quickly.

Daniel was exceptionally professional through the whole process from finding the perfect package for us, as he did last year, great company nothing was to much trouble for him… once again Daniel @ Golf Travel Centre has done a first class job

Everything from start to finish was stress free, from booking to the service was exceptional.
The young lady on reception was brilliant so helpful, the course was fantastic every hole so different from the last.
I am already looking to book for next year.

Booking process was easy. Had the initial quote rapidly and employee was quick to respond. I made te deposit, having received the E-mail that certain modifications would be done.

The only negative comment is that I had to do follow up, havong received the notice for final payment without having received the final quote.

Everything was ok at the end, no additionnal costs.

Booking from start to finish was made so easy and lee changed things for us when asked to.

Whilst we couldn't get the tee times we wanted for a trip next June at our preferred destination, GTC offered various other options, great communication and great value for money.

Matt provided helpful, quick responses, initially proving some different options for holiday packages then tailoring this down to meet our requirements with some enhancements, all at a competitive price.

couldn't thank dan enough was so efficient and friendly when booking my golf holiday will defiantly be going back.

Tom was extremely helpful with arranging our golfing trip to Florida, nothing was too much bothering.

I've been using the Golf Travel Centre for the past 5 years and Daniel who i always talk to gives great knowledge of the hotels and courses and I would recommend this company to everyone
