Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 130 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported receiving products that did not meet expectations regarding authenticity, including shoes and golf balls, which often had noticeable differences in quality, sizing, and appearance compared to authentic items. The website itself was frequently criticized for selling products that did not meet expectations regarding authenticity, leading many to advise against using it. Additionally, customers found the sizing of the products to be consistently incorrect, even when ordering their usual size or following guides. Reviewers also faced significant issues with the refund and return process, as the company often insisted on returns to a US address at the customer's expense, despite their website indicating a UK return location. Many were offered only partial refunds to keep the ill-fitting or items that did not meet expectations regarding authenticity, and some reported difficulties accessing the website, which complicated the refund process. However, some customers did receive genuine products, with one reviewer expressing satisfaction with the quality of golf balls and another praising a polo shirt for its fit and appearance.

Return to the USA!!!!

I ordered two pairs of New Balance Trainers, they took 4weeks to arrive. I think they are fakes, although very good fakes as the QR code on the tongue doesn’t work and the base colour isn’t the colour on the photos.
I contacted Golf Vitals as I wanted to return them and got an email back to say they needed to be returned to an American address, they came from an address in the UK and when I ordered them I checked where, if required they would be returned to - the UK!!
After several emails Alexander said the best offer he could give me was to keep the shoes and a 40% refund, which I eventually accepted. No refund has been received after 2weeks and I have sent 4 emails which have been ignored!
I would advise you not to order from this site!!!!!

Worst company ever

I have had the same experience as everyone else on here. The money was taken from my account, I had several emails to say the refund was being processed and now the emails bounce back and I have not received a refund. Worst company ever, do not use.

I appear to be one of the lucky ones..

I appear to be one of the lucky ones... I ordered black asics gel trainers for my mother from this site and they (reasonably rapidly) delivered some trainers - apparently the correct brand and colour but men's styling and the wrong size. When contacted they insisted that I return them, at my expense, to the US or accept a 20% refund. After I grumbled they raised that to 30%. When I grudgingly accepted they had gone off line. At least I have a pair of trainers out of the arrangement. They may be counterfeits but they don't seem to bad. Just need to find someone of the right size.

Really wish I’d checked these reviews…

Really wish I’d checked these reviews before ordering - lesson learned for me! As others have experienced, ordered New Balance 327s (which I have multiple pairs of) in my usual 327s size. Finally arrived over a week later and were too small. Emailed their customer support address and got a response advising I should’ve checked their size guide but if I wanted a full refund then I need to return them to the USA (despite their website giving a London address for returns) at my expense or I could get a 20% discount if I decided to keep them. When I replied to the same email address I got an instant undeliverable message, tried again a couple of times with the same undeliverable message back so tried again with a different email account but had the same issue again. Having since bought the same pair of trainers elsewhere it’s obvious the ones I received from Golf Vitals are counterfeit (the size issue raised my suspicions anyway but it was confirmed when I got the authentic ones). I hope this website gets taken down so others aren’t scammed too.

Bad experience

I ordered a pair of trainers, paid £3.99 for shipping. As they arrived I realised that they were fake and did not fit. As I asked for a return address I was given a US address and the postage is very expensive. I would not recommend this company

Daylight robbery

Daylight robbery! Do not purchase from this website!

Ordered a pair of women's Asics Kayano trainers in size 7, a size of which i've worn for the last 10 years. Was sent a pair of mens (!) Kayano's which also came up smaller than women's size 7 usually do. Via email to their customer services was rudely told that I should have checked the measurement guide and that if I wanted to return them I would have do send them at my own cost to USA (which the post office informed me would've been at a charge of £45!)

Golf vitals then offered to refund me 30% if I kept them which I agreed to, and 7 days later, their emails bounce back and their website has disappeared!

Ordered without reading the reviews

Ordered without reading the reviews. Like a lot of others on here the items I ordered didn’t arrive in the 5-8 days they advertise and I had to chase them up. They arrived in a damaged box and were clearly counterfeit. I was offered a 20% discount or a full refund if I posted them back to the USA at my own cost. Luckily my credit card company accepted a claim and have reimbursed me

Avoid this website

Like everyone else, I wouldn’t give this company any stars. Absolute scam. I place an order over 2 wks ago and immediately realised it was a scam website/counterfeit site. I emailed immediately and got a response from Alexander Anderson who confirmed he would cancel the order, to date, I have still not received my refund. I’ve just tried to small them again and it has bounced back to say no domain name available or similar., suggesting it’s closed down!! Absolutely worst experience ever. Avoid 100%
