Customer service was great, they responded to my question in a timely manner. Also I want to say that I’ve felt so much better since I started taking Goli apple cider vinegar and Ashwagandha gummies. I can definitely feel the difference.

I purchased some Goli Multivitamins for women from Ulta and upon arrival they were wet, tacky and stuck in the container. It’s set to expire 1/26 I am wondering if this was a bad batch or are they all gonna be like that.

Let me start by saying I really love Goli vitamins, I tried them from Target and they worked well so I decided to subscribe monthly on their website. I ordered the men's bundle to ship every 4 weeks and got the vitamins shortly. Within 4 weeks I was charged for my next month's vitamins - but they never came. After a little while I checked the site - I had been charged on the 7th but it was now the 20th and my vitamins hadn't shipped. I reached out to customer service and received a strange response, sounding like AI, taking no responsibility for the delay and acting like this was very normal. I asked if this was normal, and received another very strange response that seemed even more like AI, with lots of exclamation points saying my order had shipped. Weeks late. With no apology. If you like Goli, buy them at Target - don't attempt to sign up for a subscription through their site.

I had a recent order ship with a couple wrong items (not so great) but the customer service was so good that I can't be upset.

I was treated to a swift response and had replacement items ready to ship in under an hour with only 1 or 2 emails (with picture proof) needing to be exchanged.

This is after being almost a month late in noticing that the items were wrong (I didn't check all of the items when I first received them) and was still granted replacements.

Hopefully I don't have to rely on customer service again but if I do I'm happy to know that they are great!

The best customer service! Long time customer, always happy with products and their quality! Any issue is immediately addressed and fixed without questions. Been part of Goli subscriber now for a long while and whenever I have a query or need customer care assistance, the response to my email is always prompt and helpful. I have 6 different Goli gummies being delivered every month for myself and my husband and we absolutely love the taste on all of them and it’s better than taking vitamin tablets/suppliments.

My superfood gummies arrived melted together. Customer service rectified it by replacing the product after some attempts at verifying the lot number and best by date. I look forward to receiving the new gummies.

After gallbladder surgery over 3 years ago, i have suffered with chronic gut pain and bloating. Goli Apple Cider gummies have been the ONLY product that has every relieved my pain. I've tried other products and nothing and I me NOTHING has worked for me like Goli has. Thank you!

The company is responsive and prompt! Always professional. They always listen to what I have to say, even if it's not in their favor as far as returning products because I have too much! They are extremely gracious ☺️. I use 8 of the Goli products religiously, and have for over 4 years!

I had a minor product "issue." It had been a couple months since originally purchasing it from the store, so I no longer had the receipt and the 30-day "return window" had passed anyway, receipt or not. I don't like just throwing my money in the trash so I figured what the heck, I'll write directly to the company. Within a day, I received a response that was NOT automatically AI generated, my concerns were addressed AND my problem was resolved ASAP! Kudos GOLI!!

I ordered expecting to use Afterpay but my bank account was used in error. I cancelled the order and my account as adjusted and the order cancelled. My 35%off coupon was cancelled as it was used on the first order. I reordered using Afterpay and requested the adjustment of 35%. It was reapplied to my account and I am very happy.

I have been a customer of Goli for a few years and have had a great experience with them. A few times I have received the wrong order and with a few hours of me contacting them, they have got it corrected. Their customer service is the best.Their products are really great. I use the apple cider vinegar gummies and they are like eating candy, they are so good. I can't say enough about how great their customer service is.
