I ordered a 3 pack of supplements from this company on TikTok. I ordered from the company. I ordered during a live video because they were running a special promo that if you type the promo code in at checkout, you will receive 6 bottles instead of 3. Well, my order arrived, and I only received 3. I reached out on TikTok to the company, and they literally told me that they will not be honoring the promo code or refunding me...too bad. So, this is an absolute SCAM. Also, 2 of the bottles of gummies I received were not sealed properly, the seals were partially broken upon opening. This is not safe or sanitary, and the gummy tasted rotten. I truly think they pay for their reviews. Do not order from them, especially with a promo that is not instant in a monetary form...it's a scam. They are apparently known for sending expired supplements as well. I should have trusted my gut that it was too good to be true.

Don’t order these through TikTok. I never received mine and I never got any money back. Scam on TikTok anyway don’t know about any anywhere else. I’ll never order any again.

I have to say that Goli.com has the best customer care service that I have ever experienced in my life. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. They were very understanding and quick at responding to my concerns. They gave me specific instructions on how to return my pkg. and get a full refund, they hadn’t even received the pkg. yet, but were able to track it, and gave me my full refund.
Now that is what I call an excellent customer care team.

I had forgotten to update my address on my autoship orders after moving and the customer care team went above and beyond to help me with getting replacements for the orders I did not receive. Each person I interacted with was kind and helpful. I've reached out to customer care once before, and that was an excellent experience as well.

I bought these for my daughter who has stomach issues. She swears by them. In saying that. I forgot to add the apartment number to her address. I contacted customer support and they assisted me greatly. Much appreciated and will buy again.

I ordered a six pack bundle from goli. In that order was supposed to be two ashwagandha, two apple cider vinegar and two Matcha mind. When I received my order I seen that I got the two apple cider and the two ashwagandha. Instead of Matcha mind, I got two probiotic ones. They ended up giving me the two matcha mind that I ordered, but didn’t receive for free!! There was another situation where I ordered a three pack and I decided to cancel the order about 10 minutes after I placed it. It said it couldn’t be canceled because it was already being packaged and shipped so I had to wait till I received the order to send it back and get a refund. I messaged them about that as well. I said that there shouldn’t have been a reason that I couldn’t cancel my order when it was only 10 minutes after placing the order. In compensation to that they gave me a full refund on that order and let me keep the package. This brand and the workers is outstanding.

I was using a different probiotic .. several different brands in fact and they just didn’t help . Now that I’m using Goli probiotics I feel so much better . I no longer have the discomfort after eating certain foods. I’m so glad I decided to try your product. They are delicious easy to chew gummies.

I was pleasantly surprised that their customer service is just as excellent as their products!

I’ve been trying to call and email to get an invoice for my customs clearance in South Africa and no one responds to me!!

It’s been 4 days straight and still waiting for a response! I am paying penalties as I WAIT!

When I received my order the bag was open and one of the products was missing. I emailed customer service and they responded back to me within an hour. I sent a few photos and they shipped out the missing product at no charge the next day. Fantastic customer service!!!!

I had a concern with some vitamins that I bought from this company. I sent an email and quickly had a response. I'm impressed at how they handled everything. I sent some pictures and explained my concern. I wish more companies followed this type of great customer service.
