They messaged me telling to cancel my dispute if you do you will lose your money
The item never arrived despite receiving an update saying it had. The update gave a time later on in the day but of course nothing arrived. This was a Xmas present for my daughter and it was very frustrating that this has not arrived. When I emailed I just got a generic email response. Had to claim back through PayPal. I am glad that I used PayPal as if not it would have been much harder, and probably what this company hope for.
Open a dispute with them instead to fix the issue keep asking to cancel the dispute yo not refund me stay away from them do not buy
I got a gold bracelet after ordering 3D hologram lights.Opened up a dispute with PayPal, bombarded with text saying warehouse issues, will refund and send original product provided I cancel dispute. Once dispute cancelled you can’t reopen. They have your money.I text saying I will leave it to PayPal, messages stopped
