Lousy service - avoid

Purchased insoles for my running shoes. I got sent the wrong size which they told me to just cut down. They were so huge the arch was halfway up the ball of my foot. After to-ing and fro-ing at one email a day with them for an entire week (at points repeating myself as they simply didn't listen to the issue) I was asked to send them back and they would refund, including the cost of return shipping. I sent by courier so I would have proof of them receiving them. 3 weeks later, no refund, no acknowledgement of them receiving them back, nothing. Would not shop with them again, absolute headache.

Order Confirmed but was cancelled soon after

Ordered some Facial wash on a Saturday night and it all looked good until I received an email soon after (same day) I placed the order informing me that the order was cancelled. Soon after that I received an email informing me that "our supplier is US not able to supply on time" and aplogising for the stock issue. I was also informed that I would receive a full refund. Though I was a little bit annoyed, I did appreciate the fact they came back to me promptly, hence the rating. Does look though that they need to be somewhat more upfront on thier availability and get that right - I did see another customer who had a simlilar experience.

Happy customer

Ordered on Thursday and my package got sent on Sunday morning. However the courier must have lost it until I enquired as it sat in their depot for 5 working days (waiting to go AKL to CHC).
The hair chalk I ordered was upgraded as they were out of stock (despite showing as in stock in NZ) and arrived in good condition. My niece loved her present and immediately started using it to colour her hair.

No delivery no refund

Ordered my product well over 6 weeks ago and while it says 2 weeks on their FAQ my first query as to delay they said 34 days. So all I get from Golly now is don't worry it will arrive. I asked for a refund two weeks or so ago and they replied, be patient. The tracking details show a vague timeline and the status Transit Arrival on 9 Sept has been showing that for a while. They did say they will check it out, but I've heard nothing from them since. Buyer beware because this online store is just not being very helpful and not willing to refund. No excuses being a family business whatever do the right thing.
