I asked them precisely what type of proxy I should be using for youtube but they kept being vague and not technical. Eventually they stopped responding to me.

From my experience everything is very well. No issues at all, quick support response, cheap prices.

Worst and rudest company ever. Been their customer for 2 years with business plans.
They just dont resolve any bugs on their sides, always blame that its on your side even after proper proof. They just are not ready to fix your issues, replies after days and every worst possible thing you could imagine.
Even after i contacted 7th time they just gave generic Ai responses???

I lost my valuable data in Profile and they offer no help in that.
Kindly dont trust this company! They only reply when you wanna purchase something, but if you want help you are on your own!

I woke up to find someone had accessed my Facebook from another country and started running scam ads. Those cookies ONLY ever existed inside GoLogin. I feel completely betrayed.

There are Rats who will login to your accounts in the cloud on gologin. My Facebook Account got locked because of nothing. This happened to many people you all can search reddit. Avoid this and use Incogniton or Multilogin for the sake of your safety.

I'm extremely let down by the service and support from GoLogin. I had invested thousands as a business user to pay for their highest tier on a full-year subscription, expecting good tools and quick responses. Instead, I'm still dealing with a bug since mid-October 2025; basically, I can't access saved passwords in Orbita/GoLogin profiles from scripts, like Playwright or Python, which is very crucial for my company's workflows and costs us money every day.
I opened a ticket on October 16, providing detailed information including code snippets and environment details. Support passed it on to their "API specialist" and promised to follow up in 3 days. That never happened. I followed up on October 20, October 30, November 3, November 6, and November 18, and each time reiterated the urgency and impact on my business. Responses were generic ("developers are working on it") or nonexistent, with my latest message ignored for over 30 days total.
That is not only bad service, but it's also beyond negligent on a paid-for product. I've asked for a fix as soon as possible or some fair compensation-e.g., extra months or refund-but nothing. And that's why I had to create this Trustpilot account, just to be heard. I strongly discourage using GoLogin and encourage looking into their alternatives with better support.

If you have any kind of issue with their software, you have better odds to become the next US president than to get an answer from their support team.
