Good customer service but the online chat help service is not great, much better to call in person.

This is my second review. I confirm the 5 stars. The withdrawal process, like the dashboard management in general, is easy and intuitive. The funds arrived within a few days. The trading conditions are exceptional, with spreads on major pairs often being zero. Very good.

GoMarkets removed my trading profits covering trading period of 6 weeks and around 50 trades (without any prior communication that anything is wrong with my trading) but was OK to leave losing trades executed few months back . I find such broker behaviour as totally unfair . Removing hard earned profits is not sth You would like to see from the broker You choose to trade with.
While trading with GoMarkets initially I suffered loss of around 8000 GBP ( until ) 30th June 2025 , but later from 1st July 2025 till 10th August 2025 I generated profit of around 7104 GBP on over 50 separate trades. On 12/08/2025 I received e-mail from GoMarkets which states that my trading profits covering period July 2025 till 10th August 2025 will be cancelled and GoMarkets made adjustments to my trading accounts which resulted in total profit of 7104 GBP removed from my trading accounts.
Update about GoMarkets reply:
1) I suffered loss of around 8000 GBP ( until ) 30th June 2025 - so no profit was paid to me .
2) The very same strategy ( which You claim exploits Your pricing - but how can it exploit Your pricing when I use Market Orders) which was used on my brother's account suffered Loss and trades from that Loss were never reversed. You also confirmed that You reserve the right to cancel/reverse trades when client owes money to GoMarkets ( not other way round) - I do not find it fair behaviour.

My experience is Great with the services provide by GOMarkets
Having gone into Melbourne to seek person to person help, I'm no further forward & wish to withdraw my $2,500 deposit.
The Client Portal is impossible : no matter what Login I print, it is not accepted.
Your email advice is of no value.
I may be elderly but your software is abominable.

Xavier and his assistant is professional, really good trade system.
We’ve had to deal with Go Markets as my father in law passed away last December. He held an account which had £69.33 in it and as executor, we’ve been trying to close the account and claim the money back. The amount of hoops we’ve had to jump through to get the money back is ridiculous for such a small amount of money. Despite starting this process in January they still haven’t been able to tell us when the money will come back. One to avoid.

I was a bit skeptical at first but my experience has been fantastic with the returns on my money, much better than sitting in the bank
No comission/free of charge
Easy to widraw
When we trade, the app very response no time lag
Overall GoMarkets support team is helpful, patient and knowledgeable with their services. Would have been better if GoMarkets include pdf for all assets that they carry with asset specs (minimum lot, maximum lot, base currency of asset, asset class, max leverage available etc) (not necessary spreads as this can be seen from their site)
They are the ONLY brokerage i came across that has fair spreads, and ZERO commissions on Gold (they just announce it this month). Across most major indices FTSE100, ASX200, DAX40, WS30, NDX100, the maximum leverage is 500 and maximum lotsize 500. Never seen in most ECN base brokerage, especially in Ctrader platform.
They also have cash rebate credited into clients accounts with a minimum of $10M USD base on closed trades only. If i could reached in future this rebate is definitely above most IB's rebate. Starting at 10% for minimum $10M USD closed trades for a calendar month
I just requested a credit card withdrawal 5 mins ago as of this survey so will rate them again on promptness and speed to process and pay me since its now within their processing time/date
Looking forward to being their client for a longer term
Notes:
=====
*ASX200=Aussie 200
FTSE100=UK 100
NDX100=US Tech 100
WS30=WallStreet 30
DAX40=Germany 40

I've only just started using GO MARKETS and it's been a positive experience so far. Spoke to the sales rep a few times and it was easy to get an account setup compared to other brokers on the market.
Took a few days to get used to the software, after using it for a few days especially the Ctrader software, I was able to learn and customise my profile to how I want it. Overall great software with good customer support.
