Mid-size McKinnon sling smaller than expected but well made, returning product is painful, website refers to free returns and another location refers to paying for returned posted, not slick and consistent, been waiting 2 days for response to email for return label request so far!

Fantastic for both of my drones

I love the products I have purchased from Gomatic, mainly the Peter McKinnon gear. Expensive but I feel they are worth it.

I planned to travel with this pack but I have only used it a little so far. It takes getting used to but has plenty of space and is quite comfortable. In terms of value for money, this was a big purchase. The materials feel strong and sturdy.

Excellent Warranty service and very quick delivery. Amazing company and reason why I’ve been supporting there products since the very first Kickstarter. Keep doing what you’re doing, don’t change, innovate your products and everything else drops for you.

After a few people recommending the GOMATIC 20L backpack I decided to by it. Unfortunately, the item came with a broken rivet and discolouration across the bag.

I was able to get in touch with their customer service to get it resolved, but unimpressed with the quality of the bag after paying over £250!

Gomatic have a clear and easy website to navigate.

The wallet is exactly as described and with a quick delivery.

Gomatic stayed in touch and provided a tracking number.

Efficient delivery within 2 business days. Packaged very well, no damage and no issues. I've used this 14L rucksack 2-3 times so far traveling in / out of London and I have to say it is excellent in terms of quality, accessibility, and overall feel when carrying it on your back or even over one shoulder. It didn't feel heavy even though it was full. Love the material too. There's a lot of pockets, zips and storage space so plenty of room to hold all your cables, keys, chargers, notepad etc. Very happy with it and worth the money, in my opinion.

I cannot fault Gomatic, there website is great with informative accurate descriptions and photos. Delivery was prompt, tracked and very well packaged.

I ordered the 40 litre travel bag in 2019- back when it was Nomatic. I travel every 4 weeks and this thing gets thrown around and pulled apart. It was only last week that the zip started to pull apart… I wasn’t surprised as I really pushed this thing.

Claimed under the lifetime warranty, took some photos and they are sending me a new bag. That’s what you call a decent lifetime warranty. If the quality is just as good as the original bag, they will continue to receive my business.
