Sharon Campbell is a gem. She was patient and available to answer all my questions even when I was in panic mode. She was very knowledgeable throughout the process and always managed to calm me down. Would leave no star if I could, awful company have wasted my time for 6 weeks getting me to send over personal info time and time again, ignoring me and passing me off multiple times, then lied to repeatedly. Such a lazy company who spends most there time making TikTok videos and that’s about it, also worried that since sending my personal info to them I’ve had fraud on my bank account, will avoid this company and would recommend steering clear of them in the future, Sarah is lazy and just repeatedly lies and Chris Day is just a front for tiktok

Ridiculous ! I expected a good service but it was horrible; Natalie said "100% sure you will get this mortgage - Good credit score, good income, no credit cards, no loans. After I paid the fees apparently my application was not going through, I received an offer 7.50% interest rate with Natwest! I applied on Natwest website I had a better one ?!
She argued about my student loan, my balance is GBP 2,000.00

They never came back with a proper offer I wasted the fees as well

I would like to thanks Dev and Mike for all the work they put in ensuring I was able to purchase my childhood home. The situation was slightly complicated and presented multiple challenges however the team never shied from the impossible and made it all possible with completion having occurred this week. Dev and Mike are readily available to answer any queries, they keep you informed and ensure you are happy with and understand the process. I had difficulties obtaining a mortgage due to a hire purchase agreement and Dev was able to speak to a mortgage lender and arrange for this to be resolved with my mortgage to enable me to purchase my home. I am extremely happy with the services provided to me and have already recommended them to other family members as I would not trust anyone else. Dev was able to advise on solicitors for myself and the sellers as well as arrange my home insurance and acted as a point of contact even with solicitors when needed, going above and beyond his role to help me to achieve this dream. I would highly recommend Dev and Mikes services to anyone and will be using them again the future.

Dev Taak was a gentleman from the start, helpful and went the extra mile to help us. So many people are too busy moving onto the next client these days not Dev he was always on the other end of the phone and constantly on top of things from the beginning until the end.
